This a great video. I have been tinkering with scroll sawing for a little while. I have done some word puzzles and one animal puzzle and some odds and ends plaques. Just recently, my sister-in-law asked me to do a custom name puzzle. It was challenging to come up with the pattern. My wife helped me by making a pattern with her cricut machine. How do you design the pins and holes to hold each pieces together? I was able to cut her the puzzle, but the pieces don't feel like they hold together very strong.
Good to hear from you. All of the animal puzzle patterns are drawn by hand by an Amish gentleman named Harvey Byler. He's been drawing them for 20 years. Send me an email and I'll send you a sample pattern that you can look at and maybe learn from. woodcraftbyscott@gmail.com
I'll need to continue to test it out. If anything, I was concerned that kids had trouble seeing over top of the taller tables. When I'm able to do my normal setup, I'll have the kids puzzles lower, but they still like to see all the other puzzles as well. I'll keep a close eye on customer interaction and see how it goes.
Thanks for the reply mate. Keeping you busy is always a good thing.
