How much RAM do you have? At least upgrade to 8GB dual channel RAM for better performance, play while plugged in, and set all game settings to lowest. Also set AMD Radeon Software to performance, and optionally use a cooling pad, maybe that will help you increase fps.
@@lowspecmagz I have 16GB and I have everything at minimum like you, but I get lags on several but this is one of the ones I play the most and for you it goes to minimum 30, for me it goes between 14 and 20 with 16GB, I will have to make adjustments somewhere
