I was getting a cup of water from my kitchen. It was small and the backdoor led down to the basement but it has a big 4 foot glass inset so you can see who's there. Suddenly the door starts vibrating and slamming in the frame, door handle jiggling violently; i thought the glass would explode any second. It went on for about 15 maybe 20 seconds and i yelled "stop!" It did but after that i never felt alone again and other things happened like echoing footsteps in the basement. I let my lease expire and moved. Researching i found out the building used to be hospice for nuns and priests, back then they were treated like royalty. The apt building is called the donaldson arms Evansville Indiana

I'm a night shift psychiatric technician in an adult foster care home. Some of the residents had baby monitors so we could hear seizure activity and whatnot. One night about 3 and a half years ago, I'm in the office and I hear someone whisper "Help meeee" over a monitor of a *non-verbal* resident.
That's still the creepiest thing that has happened to me on the night shift, and I tell this to most new night shifters to this day

It wasn’t creepy to me, but something strange happened the night my father passed away in the hospital. He had been half out of it, when he suddenly looked into the corner, which was a little bit behind him. He had to turn himself a little bit to see into the corner. He looked confused for a second, then settled back into position unbothered by it. I knew he had seen something or somebody, but I didn’t question him. He slipped into a coma a little after that and a little later he passed. RIP Daddy❤

One evening I was helping a resident in an assisted living facility to bed. We had walked by his bureau as we often did and on it was a music box. Past visits he had me play the music box and there’s a lever in the back to stop it from playing before it stops on it’s own . He was talking about his friend who he had some great memories with, who had passed years ago. When we were at his bedside the room’s light flickered and the music box started pLaYinG on it’s own !!!! Nobody was there even close to starting it up/moving the switch to start it!!!! I quickly stopped it and felt the shivers of that experience!! I think it was his friend he was just talking about playing a trick!!!

I had just gone through domestic abuse and it was first time I was able to drive after being hospitalized. I had just left from talking to the Chief of Police. I was driving back home so upset with everything that I was going through. Praying and crying at the same time , when all of a sudden I heard my dad's voice. I looked to the right and totally in shock I had to pull over. I couldn't believe it. There was my dad!! Not just his voice, and repeated you will be fine. God only gives you what you can handle. Your strong.
Then in that instant he was gone!!! I was 22 yrs old I am now in my 50's and haven't seen anything like that again. I didn't even tell my mom until I was in my 30's.
Love your stories. Have a blessed life. You are truly an Angel.

Shortly after the Oso disaster, I worked at a local hospital. This particular hospital wasn't haunted supposedly. I had to go downstairs to the basement, and as I was passing the morgue I heard a audible "hello" behind me, I turn around no one there. No one close to me. That was the 1st indication that there was something else in that facility than workers & patients.

My grandma was a nurse. There was one night where a phlebotomist had come down to the ICU to get blood from a woman who had been comatose for a while. She talked to her, even tho she didn't think she was heard. For some reason, she wasn't able to get blood out of this lady, so she called to my grandma at the desk. My grandma walked in and asked her what she was doing. The phlebotomist is like "I'm getting blood, what do you mean". My grandma told her she had died earlier that day. They started laughing, that's why she couldn't get the blood. Not that it was funny that the lady died, but the circumstances were amusing. You need that humor to survive.

I've never worked in patient care, but when someone dies, don't they put a sheet over them, or have them transported to the morgue, or block off the room, or take that patient off of the staff's to-do list, or do SOMETHING to indicate that the person is deceased so that person can have respect and no medical staff can do anything to them? Why didn't the phlebotomist know that the person was deceased?

My grandmother was a nurse and had to do a psych rotation at the local mental hospital. This hospital was located on a small island about 50 ft from a riverbank and it was accessible only by a small bridge.
My grandmother asked the doctor what time the bed check was. He told her that there never was a bed check because there was no way a patient could escape as the bridge had a guard house and a barrier fence that needed to be moved in order to get off the island. She then asked the doctor what would happen if a patient jumped out a window. He told her that they did that all the time at low tide. However, they would get stuck in the mud and couldn't get away. He then said they would just wait for the tide to come back and listen for the screams.
My grandmother asked him if there was anything he thought that was wrong with this approach and he said no because they always got them.

I came across your channel here and wanted to see all your spooky videos (I too, am hoping to pursue a medical career once my kids get a little older.) And wanted to share a story about my last baby being born and it’s funny cause my story also involves a hospital bed.
Ok so I was admitted, due to have my baby. They put me in a room, my mama was on her way and it was night fall so there was a shift change. A CNA came in and I immediately got strange vibes from her, anyway, I was fine in my room up to that point. She came in, checked on me and we had small talk when all of the sudden, my bed moved, as if I had pressed a button to move it. We both looked at each other and assumed maybe I bumped a button or she. It happened again, and again. My mom arrived and the CNA had left to get me something and I told my mom what was going on and how I felt like something was attached to that CNA. She came back in the room and I got the urge to hop off my bed and the bed folded as scrunched as it could, nobody was touching the remote or anything on the bed.
It was SO creepy! I didn’t see her again after all that and they switched the beds and I had no problem afterwards.
    Love this series!

At the end of the first day I set up all the equipment and mannequins for the next day. Creepiest thing I’ve experienced was when I was in the CCU after going septic from a MRSA infection combined with an infection I developed from burn pit exposure in Iraq on deployment that was paired with a common infection that causes pneumonia that they called a “rare pair”.
I was given broad spectrum antibiotics, and given a 50/50 chance to live since I was in my late 20’s when it happened.
I tried to bathe myself against the advices of the nurses (they objected because I had a pick line into my heart delivering meds as well as forced oxygen set at the maximum dosage), and I coded out momentarily. When I did, I saw a black grim reaper outside my hospital room door walking towards me & growling like a demon, and immediately afterwards I become conscious again opening my eyes to three nurses and a doctor sternly yelling at me to NEVER try to bathe myself again.
Then I saw your video in this series about the Grim Reaper image, and not only confirmed what I experienced/saw/heard, but also creeped me out while simultaneously making me VERY grateful that I accepted Jesus as my Lord & Savior a year later as well as becoming a confirmed Catholic roughly 10 years after I survived sepsis.
People who don’t believe there is infinite life after death are just choosing to walk around with their heads in the sand imo.
    Just sayin’

Isn't that interesting. I was very interested to see this video. I have a similar story. My wife- not a nurse- operated on her diabetic older brother in the Philippines with her father's straight razor in their family living room. She was 14. He was taken to hospital- walked in- and had complications and was sent home, really to die. He had a big abscess on his back. Big abscess. The family was sad- shocked and sad- the person who carried him out said, "I walked with you in here and I'm carrying you out." They go home. Now my wife is from a big family. They had to farm the kids out. She was raised by her grandmother. Her grandmother was the regional doctor of sorts- an old woman with a lot of knowledge. One of her quotes: "If you have a mango tree in your yard, you have a drug store." Anyway. I meet my wife, and although I used to live in Asia years ago, I'd never been to the Philippines. I'll get to the operation in a minute. It's family reunion, I'm tired, I sleep in the big bedroom offered to us, my wife comes in with her sister and my wife has this cloth over her shoulder, they've been doing some cleaning. A footprint appears near me in the bed. She whips the cloth off her shoulder and smacks the print away. Another appears. She's smacking that one, then another. She and her sister freak out, they come back- I'm unaware of this, I'm napping in the middle of the day. My wife sees more footprints all around me- similar to the one print you saw in that bad you photographed- only bare feet- and she's smacking away the prints- they wake me up, get me out of the bed and I'm told I can't sleep in the bed that night- our assigned bed- I have to sleep on the living room floor with the overflow crowd. She didn't tell me who she thought the footprints belonged to until much later, We were back home in Canada when she told me. Anyway. Her job was to take care of her older brother, back from the hospital. She had to take care of the wound in his back. She did that with herbs and guava leaves I recall were a prime ingredient. Anyway, she's cleaning the wound and notices it's bleeding at the edges, the rest looks like moist mushroom gone bad. She tells her father she can clean up the wound. She asks for hot water and his straight razor. There's a bit more to this, but long story short, at the age of 14 she operated on her brother, cutting away the dead tissue and allowing the wound to bleed then treated it with herbs and guava leaves. He survived. She dug a hole in the dirt floor and that's where the puss that formed went and she continued to care for him post-op until he got stronger. He lived for a few years after. She said she thought it was him who visited. Those footprints appearing on the bed. She thought those were older brother's footprints, a fellow I'd never met. She believed he had returned and was happy to see me.
