DEFINATELY BISSELL, Kirby is just a cash scam. They made good ones back in the 80s, but when the Generations came out, they got cheaper. I have a Bissell Easy Vac, PowerGroom Pet, and a PowerSteamer that's getting ready to be replaced with the ProHeat2x
