A few questions:
1) Why did you not create a ratio of shadows on the speaker's face. Flat lighting design seems too hard to look at, almost distracting especially if this is an opinion (ad) piece.
2) Why the mixed color temperature on the speaker's face? Gives a purple unflattering skin tone.
3) The first shot, what kind of light was creating the harsh shadows. Was that natural sunlight or an HMI?

looks good, I have a 5d mark 3 what would you suggest filming a commercial in 1280x720 60fps? 1920x1080x24fps? or something else?
