Buckin, as a young man who works at a tree company while he's finding his way in life, I appreciate your willingness to share your wisdom. This can be a business where the bottom line means a lot, so there is not much time to slow down and teach the young buck. Your peace and kindheartedness has helped beyond just finding my way as I work in the industry, but also as I find my way as a young man. I know you get a ton of comments, but if you read mine, I want you to hear the "thank you" from the bottom of my heart.

Buckin' Billy Ray, I'm not a tree man but from your sincere reply to this young man, I commend you. I subscribed to your channel and like every video I watch. Continue on just as you are man
This video illustrates the best part of your talent Buckin. You don't lay down the law and say this is the best way to do this or that. You don't say the buck in way is the only way. This is a great sign of the person who knows their job and is a great teacher!!! I love the way you give tips and tricks and let the knowledge filter through. Deadly work!!!
Being watching the channel for years and it has become part of my daily routine and something that inspires me to do better. I started my own tree company partly due to your advice and information also have learned to look at the good side of people more and more, not bitchin about their faults and failings. Thanks Billy 👍👍👍.
Thanks for the video! I've got 2 big standing dead Ontario hardwoods to take down for firewood. A maple and an ash. 4yrs of watching you I've built my way up to handle these safely. Many thanks Buck'in!
I don't have a tree service or fire wood service really but I dabble a bit with felling trees did a dead hickory today for a coworker's father 20" stump fell, bucked and split and I only allowed him to make a 40$ donation only reason I did take that donation was because he was getting emotional over me working free so it made him feel better. So yes I have learned from this channel and this man (buckin billy) on how to properly judge and fall trees like today's hollow hickory. Thank for taking the time to explain steps to us and give very valuable pointer and tips. Stay happy stay around be kind and help others . love to all friends and buckin army
I learned from a few amish fellows one year. i might pick up a few tips and tricks from bill and corey. I done a old damaged sassafras 5 months ago between a house fence and a garage for free
Hey Buckin...I'm a rookie tree cutter (Northern NH) and only cut on my own back woods land where I can't hit much to create an insurance claim. Enjoy watching how well your equipment is so well tuned and sharp. You are the master of the saw and can direct the saw to do the work so well...even one handed. Thank for demonstrating how it can be done. God Bless!
Buckin you are the man. You make it look like sitting down and eating a piece of pie. It’s just enjoyable to watch someone who knows what they’re doing. And I really appreciate your attitude. Enjoyed the video. Thanks 👍👍👍❤️
Hi. I cut a bit of firewood here in UK. I doubt I’ll ever need to fell a large tree, but I enjoy your videos and pick up stuff…..never know when it may come in handy! Good job. Thanks for sharing your experience. 👍
I've been in the tree business for 30 years. Mostly climbing. I've just recently had a hip replaced and now needing the other done so I having been doing much climbing so I've had the time to watch your shows. I really like your shows and the way you explains how things work in this business I live in CA and just wanted to say if u ever need a hand on a big job I'd love to come up there and help you out. Keep up the good work and hope your days and weeks are blessed to the ft Fullest. Be safe
I started watching to see if I was brave enough to clear a few trees in my backyard ( having septic system installed). Realized that they mostly leaned towards house so had a crew do it. Continue to watch because we all need as many positive people in our lives as possible. I have a great family but nice to have you give positive reinforcement like you do. Thanks
I really appreciate stuff like this Buckin! I’m working on learning as much as I can for my homestead. These are things I need to know and thank goodness you’re good at what you do and kind enough to share your knowledge. Thanks from Pennsylvania
Buckin it certainly helps I know you have helped me avoid more than one potentially dangerous tree felling situation. When I get stuck I think what would Buckin do, and then deciede if I am capable of the same.
Incredible accuracy with felling that tree between the garden planter frames. No sign that you used lasers or high tech methods to do that either. Yes and kindness will improve our society. Thank you sir.
Yeah Buckin brother that 72 is runnin good buddy love it. Wow Thomas Lili that is a beauty Jersey. Thank you Buckin. Great work on the trees with the hydrolic wedge.. thank you Buckin Army for the continued kindness. 🌲❤🌲✊🪓
Great video.........I have been dropping and saw milling trees since age twelve ( I am now just two months from being 70 years old ).......Gary from ‘Woody’s sawmill, Michigan, U.S.A.
U are the king buckin, Australia solutes the gr8 man, u learnt your Kraft in the bush and your knowledge is second to none . ...So calm under pressure, comes with experience.. Hail the king buckin..
There's another guy i watch (lets dig 18). He removes trees with his large Volvo excavator. He clears trees from sections for developers and he takes them out whole. A scoop either side of the tree and one in front, then pushes the tree over. He then lifts it and drops it shaking the dirt off the roots. Its always a pleasure watching your videos Billy. Ive learned more about felling trees than I need to know. LOL.
Excellent Billy. Your hinges are perfect. I need to work on making mine as consistent. I always enjoy your vids. Thank you again for sharing your experience.
Very nice work Buckin! Can't say I'm surprised but your tree wizardry has shined once again! Another awesome video Thanks for sharing and hope the buckin family is all doing well in this new year!
I'm not a tree cutter guy. I stumbled onto you channel for seating an axe. Honestly, I found all your friend stuff a bit much, but you came up in my suggestions, I gave you another try, and I honestly love it. It's so positive and nice, and I believe you're real. I actually feel better watching you. Plus it's fascinating to see your work. Not to mention I'll need some of these skills in a few years, but it'll just be smaller stuff for firewood.
No tree service here!!! I do however love to have good fire and it’s easier for me to cut my own wood than to buy it. Learning a lot from you thanks for taking the time to explain and show us some great how to’s !!! Bless you and yours and have a great one!!!
This man is a legend with a saw. Seriously folks don't underestimate the skill involved here. That's like threading a needle while riding a bicycle. Much respect @Buckin' Billy Ray Smith.
Good Morning Buckin', really good video. So true when you keep reminding us all to be KIND and when you are kind to others it comes back to you 10 fold.
