@AugustanFinn I know what you're saying, but she has lost SO MUCH!! If someone killed MY child, I believe I would react the same way, not to mention having to leave her home after her dads directive as he was dying, telling her to protect the people. Her heart had to have been broken so many times that she just lost it!! Again, if I put myself in her "shoes", I would probably react the same way. It's heartbreaking 💔

Before I went watch it we actully talk with my friend abou whales and how they used to hunt them..that it's easy if they kill the little one and mother won't abandon him so they can kill her without problem.. when there was the first scene with this mother and her child I knew what'll happen to them. Maybe it was reversed but still in the end they both died. Actuall this was maybe one of the strongest movie scenes for me. And also that moment when people cam back on Pandora..setting into fire everything without any sign of interest at all. Indifference..apathy..and you feel that powerlessness. Don't know a worse feeling.

James saying that he cries at given scenes even after seeing them for the thousands time is SO RELATABLE. No matter how many times I have seen Avatar 1 until now, I ALWAYS CRY. ALWAYS. I might not have seen it hundreds of time but more than 25 times for sure and it still gets me. Just as he said, the actors pull this off so well, it WILL get to you, to your heart. I do not want to write anything Avatar 2 but I have already seen it three times in the theatre and it had scenes that made me cry again and again. I believe that no matter how much I will watch this movie after buying the collectors edition which I BEG FOR, I will just cry, always. And that is not a bad thing, it shows how much the movie means to me, how well it was made. It is just magical. If I found a gin, I swear my last wish would be that Avatar never stops and keeps being popular and worth making. I NEVER want this franchise to end. It means soo much to me. I love everything about it. Thank you so much!

Personally, I can't wait for the directors cut to come out but this was well worth the wait. My only disappointment/complaint is that we won't get the movie that happens in between the two films. Those have been adopted into graphic novels. Unfortunately, those graphic novels just don't do that story justice. I want the movie when Jake and Ney'tiri are starting their family and developing their love. The birth of their first child. Thats the season of my life I'm in and its the movie I need in my life right now. I have no doubt Avatar will do what it needs to do over Christmas weekend and beyond. I saw it yesterday and I've got two more showings booked this week. I'll be booking more showings during and after Christmas as well. I'm positive others will also go out of their way to see and experience this movie in 3D. I got chills watching it. It was such a visceral and emotional experience.
