Angry Birds Plush

as I understand it, Commonwealth released some plushes with different designs only in China and partnered with some other company to help promote and distribute the plushes. it is possible that this was the brand for the Chinese boxed McDonald's plush. all Commonwealth Promotional Partners plushes are very rare due to their exclusivity to China.
