QUESTION: WHY DOES THIS REQUIRE 4 HRS. TO COOK? How would it be if the ingredients were scaled down to much less corn, (I live alone). The recipe calls for 48 oz of corn total. COULD THE INGREDIENTS BE PREPARED IN A SAUCE PAN ... PROPORTIONALLY FROM THE COPYCAT RECIPE? Thanks for your opinion, Stephanie. : )
I haven't tried this yet but I do love their creamed corn. If you find yourself on a road trip and come across a Rudy's, try the creamed corn and the chopped brisket. You won't be disappointed!
This, although a really tasty recipe, is not cream corn. You can kick this recipe up by adding chopped onions, bell pepper, chiles and even shredded chicken or ham.
Not a fan of this new trend to ‘post’ a video that will premiere hours later. When I have time to sit down and watch a video, I want to see the video; not wait hours for it to premiere. Please respond why you are doing this. I hope your other subscribers weigh in on this as I would like their input also.

Why is there 2 different kinds of corn? one is 16 oz frozen corn the other is 32 oz of sweet corn.
There is no cream cheese on Rudy’s corn.
At the 1:37 mark you said two pints of cream cheese, instead of cream.
