Great review. I bought this watch, and it’s arriving tomorrow. I’m planning to keep the two straps it comes with and get an all-black one so I can wear it. The idea is to use it but also keep it in good condition in case it gains value and I decide to sell it in the future. I’m torn between the original Fuji all-black NATO strap or a black metal bracelet like the one in the video (but the original Seiko). I watched a video where they advised against that type of bracelet because it might scratch the watch. What do you recommend? The strap size is 22mm, right? This is my first Seiko (hopefully one of many). Thanks!
Thanks! Yes it is a 22mm width. There’s always a potential to scratch the watch with any bracelet. Just try to tape the lugs well and enjoy it. I prefer bracelets over other straps so that’s what I’ll recommend, the strapcode version.
@@BrokeWatchFanatic I've already purchased the Strapcode 22mm Super-O Boyer watch band for the Seiko 5 Sports 42.5mm SRPD79 SBSA025, in stainless steel with a brushed (DLC) black coating. I hope it matches well with the color of the watch, and most importantly, that it arrives quickly here in Madrid, Spain. I can't wait to wear the watch! I've read various reviews and it seems that third-party brands often make higher quality products, or at least it seems that way. Being new to this world, I have to rely on reviews and opinions from more experienced people. My next purchase will be a Presage Cocktail, and then for Christmas, a Marine Master 300 ahhaha
@@BrokeWatchFanatic Is it compatible without any hastle? I also bought the watch recently and since I regularly have to take my watch off I prefer a steel bracelet instead of the nato or the leather strap. Even though the nato strap looks amazing!
Lucky nephew, cool watch!
Absolutely love how it looks on the bracelet from Strapcode, it elevates the look to a whole new level for me personally
I see my nephew wearing it now with the bracelet and it's a perfect fit and color match. I agree, it looks fantastic!
This one is a cool watch! Your nephew is lucky!
Very nice ❤
I like the yellow nato strap. Very unique!
I love Bruce Lee and I love Seiko, thank you for this beautiful review!
My pleasure!
I love the black and gold color scheme.
Indeed, thanks for watching!

@@serghios I haven't experienced the particular Seiko bracelet you're referring, but Strapcode is pretty nice. What model is this Seiko bracelet from?

Yup, exact fitment.
15 thousand, not 15 hundred.
