Sweden is (alongside with Russia and Azerbaijan) one of the very few countries that wants to win every year and send a possible winner every year. If all the countries had that winning mentality, the level of Eurovision would be much higher, but a lot of countries are only happy to be there and even don't try to win.

I have always remembered the lyrics in between 2:16 to 2:23 . This is one of the most philosophical and memorable lyrics in the 2000s ESC. Kempe's talent with Perrelli's voice really makes this song into a masterpiece. This has always been a song to encourage me to move forward in my life, regardless what is happening and will happen.

So , I think people forgot about Sweden in the semis ..
