Honestly, Lutetia is probably my least favorite in terms of gameplay. But the decoration is just amazing.
My two favorites were Bismarck and Pabrick and I was equally disappointed that the neither got into the top 10.

Why do people hate seasonal Haven? It is literally the most fun i had in a gauntlet level right next to vibration
it's a very fun level but pretty hard for 8* imo so that's probably why
because it's laggy, buggy, there's no ldm, and it's a little hard for an 8 star
