The tyre wear is from the dyno at the factory in Austria. Also the engine has been partially hard broken in before it meets the bike so it's generally okay to hard dyno and also hard break in for yourself!
It starts like that because of the lithium battery, mine did the same thing. The battery needs to get up to temperature to operate correctly so you need to just bump the starter 2 or 3 times then attempt a real start.
Read the manual... you're starting it wrong. That "Two-Stroke" exhaust is a resonance chamber for noise. TC on that thing is useless, as is launch control. Use the #2 map; thats it
it's not even remotely the same. the FE has about 39 HP stock, crank is heavier, head is different, valves are smaller, throttle body is smaller, FE has 6 speed transmission. suspension is different. the list is long. FE has kick starter boss aswell. FS is a completely different animal.
Josh Medeiros these are meant for track only. If you wanted street legal you would be better off getting an enduro bike and super motoing it. not much stator output on these
Rubi Bibi.....no, it's not street legal....what stock bike mounted with slicks (not DOT approved) do you think is street legal ??? do you see lights, turn signals, emissions, or a license plate mount? There are no Emissions on this track beast. So, depending which State in the US you're in, you can possibly make it street legal. In Texas, all we have to add is a head light, brake light and a horn...along with the DMV inspection doc......the stator would probably have to be upgraded. As Chilli68 mentioned...the cops would be spinnin in circles trying to catch this thing.
@@cschilli68 you will spend much more making an FE supermoto then making an FS street legal in the USA, almost any other country this isn't even possible. if we could make an FS450 or 450SMR street legal I'd own one. instead we are stuck with a shitty FE with 39hp stock 😵
Good for you! I got one as well. No manual yet for me but here is the on-line version --> www.husqvarna-motorcycles.com/globalassets/manuals-pim-data/dok_bike_bed_17_3402105_en_om__sen__aepi__v1.pdf

Looking good! I'll have to pick one up one of these days.

Larry Leisure didn't come with a manual. Do you have one of these bikes?
launch control is not useless at all, I ride the 450 moto version and it works wonders. the TC is kinda gimmicky tho
Thom 1883 launch control does not work on asphalt w max traction...only works if rear wheel slips
I would have checked oil before start.
😂 Oil is enough in there straight from factory ✌🏼
Nice barrique cellar!
I like the exhaust. Nice bike.
No handguards?
Stock ones are plastic and a safety hazard - go down lightly and they shatter. Replace with metal ones before riding
Is the FE450 much more different than the FS450 ?
Other then some different gearing, fork springs, clutch, mapping, front break rez, tires and breaks. it's pretty much the same.

Is that street legal? Or do you have to buy a kit?

cschilli68 they are street legal

Ma come si fa ad accendere una moto a benzina in una cantina in mezzo alle botti di legno ......
Bravo, poi la lascia accesa per un minuto!
I thought that was street legal
