How is the test for remoteness different to the first step of the caparo test? if the risk of harm to the claimant was reasonably forseeable by the defendant, this would already be covered by the caparo test and surely does not need to be covered in legal causation?

Hi Henry. Thanks for the feedback. There are some older videos on this RUclips channel that were uploaded many years ago that’s due for a technical update.
+daniela monroy Hi. Thanks for the feedback Daniela. Could you elaborate further? This is the first time I’ve gotten feedback on these lessons being ‘all over the place’
I'm 6 months into a Tort module and didn't find this all over the place at all. 4 examples for finding causation, 2 areas for damages/harm, and then 2 for finding remoteness...this is far simpler than the 10 lectures I have had on negligence!

so why Causation is important in an action for tort of negligence
Causation is what links the actions of the defendant to the damage or outcome suffered by the claimant.
You are so good ❤

You're explanations are all over the place. you are just reading off your notes. You need to simplify it from your own perspective.
