A guy once called this the best scene in the history of cinema and i think he has a very good point. Also Vic was not out of line. Joey calling him out of line for no reason was out of line.
What? Joey offered him a candy bar and Vic rudely chopped it in half. Did you like black out at that part because that's reason enough for Joey to say what he did. I guess that's the case with the ten people who gave you a thumbs up. You all clearly need to pay attention more. -_-
Joey was being nice and vic was beig a dick to Joey, vic was definitely the one out of line, did you even watch this seen or where you not paying any attention what was happening😐
It's crazy how much hate this one gets! I'm a huge Friday the 13th fan. I'm probably the only one who would think this..4 is overrated 😂 I actually prefer this one! My opinion of course:)
Sadly, you would be surprised how many assholes are doctors, paramedics , etc. A friend of mine was in medical school. He told me one time he was watching a surgery being performed. The surgeon made rude comments about the patient while he was sedated.
He wound up being his dad. He also winds up being a copycat Jason. So the only Friday without Jason as the killer excluding the 1st. Also only Friday ever without a Voorhees
I’d say I agree but Roy abandoned his son and then after finding his sons dead body he went on a huge killing spree of 17 people and attempting to kill a literal child all of whom had nothing to do with Joeys death, so Roy’s tragedy is faux if you ask me.
Did you not read his comment? He said Vic wasn't out of line. This is referring to Joey's defamatory remarks. At that point he hadn't killed anyone yet so he wasn't out of line. Let alone REALLY out of line.😊@@jasonvoorhees4236
If anyone is looking for blame, it was the fault of Dr. Matt Letter and his assistant Pam Roberts for not properly supervising the boys, first giving an ax to Vick obviously having anger management issues and Joey who has Asperger's or autism and doesn't understand the danger and They let someone like Vick get close. Even Roy looks accusingly at Matt Letter for his negligence, now I wonder what Matt and Pam were doing when all this happened I mean ❌❌❌ because I can't find any other explanation.

I've realized that violet wasn't phased by Joey's death, maybe in her past she witnessed death or saw somebody die? Or probably cause she's a goth chick, lol.
And the irony of this, Roy would go around killing everyone else as a result of his son's death, but never the dude who actually did it. We never saw Vick again after this and thus survived scott free. Gotta love the horror movie logic. About as nonsensical as Mrs. Voorhees' motive but at least she initially killed the people responsible for Jason's death, but her fault is not stopping there and continuing on and on 20+ years later.
In the novel Vick hung himself awaiting trial so Roy didn’t get the chance to seek revenge on his son’s killer, but instead he put blame on them cause according to him they saw it and didn’t prevent it
@@johnhenningfield4360 Well it's great the book explained that, but the movie should have done this because it comes off as one big error Vick is basically out of sight and target and everyone else gets gutted. Yeah, the others could have done something but would you want to come near a deranged dude with an ax? Also, Roy still killed people who weren't even at the scene like those two young dudes who simply stopped on the road in which one got one of those light things through the mouth.
