Actually it would have given the film as it was a redeeming quality, but with all the original versions of the songs, the original draft of the movie as a whole would have made a huge difference from what we got.
This is why they didn’t get this song in because it would show the darkness of how these corporations act and that’s why they cut it cuz they didn’t want people to know that this is always happening as we speak a exemple of what real corporate greed means
When he says "I don't wanna hear your crying" You kinda take away that the people singing in the background that those are the people that are crying but the OnceLer shuts them all down. Hell maybe it's the animals that are crying. Also this is the only demo son that doesn't have OnceLer's guitar or fish singing. (And no the stuff with Ted doesn't count)
I really want this in the Movie but still- The fucking movie narrators thought it was a little bit too real- yeah I understand but still- they could have made it a 11 and over movie- because then I would have liked the Movie more and more - How bad can I be is just too basic for me 😃🖐
sure that's the "reason", in reality illumination didn't want this cuz in their opinion it'll make children scared and not want toys (literally the opposite of the message of the lorax)
Honestly, i feel like more people would love this film more if it had a dark tone to it considering that the book is about humanity killing trees but they decided to aim it towards the child demographic while the book wasn't aimed towards children i believe with how dark it is.
Actually, it was. You see, on the back of each Dr Seuss book, you'll notice some are blue (ideal for sharing with your child), green (ideal for children just beginning to read on their own) and last but not least, yellow (ideal for fluent readers, and great fun for practising reading aloud. They also make wonderful bedtime stories for younger children). The Lorax was a yellow book.
In an alternative version of the past.... After he chopped down all the trees in the truffla forest The Once-ler went and found more truffla trees and continues to chop them down, leaving the world overrun with pollution, corruption and pain. The Once-ler slowly becomes consumed with greed, slowly starts biggering and biggering AND BIGGERING his fortune, creates Thneedvill and slowly goes mad with power. The Lorax, however, met a younger version of Granny Norra and now they are fighting against the pure embodiment of greed itself. The Once-ler, the all powerful dictator of not just Thneedvill, but the world.
I always thought out of all of the Dr.Seuss movies that got a live action film, the Lorax would definitely have worked well with that if they made the movie have a much darker tone in general. It might have even worked as a mini series. A darker tone and style could have showed off the danger and true darkness of huge corporate expansion in a much more realistic and better way than a bright movie.
The first verse and chorus makes me picture The Once-Ler walking alone in his empty, dilapidated, and decrepit factory after the last truffula tree is cut down and his business went under.
At first I didn't realize I needed all this stuff I had a little cottage And that cottage was enough A place where I could sit and knit A place where I could sell my Thneeds But now I've had a little time To re-assess my needs And I need a bigger office I need a bigger chair A bigger desk, a bigger staff A bigger hat to wear Because I'm biggering I'm figuring I'm biggering And biggering is triggering More biggering Hey, listen up, meathead I'm going to say this once, and I'm not gonna repeat it Greed ya see, it's like a little pet, alright? Id love to see a remake of the 2012 movie with a original material they were going to use, sure as hell would give people a reason to watch it, especially for something lile this.
@@Meeeeyfhh Yup :joe:
I LOVE THIS SONG! IT'S EPIC!
Yeah cus you sang it

4:25 OH, THAT SOUNDED *C R I S P*

idk why but this made me want to cry ;-;
Same the other day at school when I was listening to this song on the school computers 💻
when I listen to this I turn into a prideful, cold and greedy queen
damn, it sound like he is about to cry at the beginning
Reading these comments makes me want to reanimate the entire movie tweak the plot add character drive and have both how bad could I be and biggering in
I wish I could do this
You can u u)
I believe on you, whenever you feel ready for it
@@rhayssalopez aww ur so nice but dude i legit will try and end up be sat at my desk 3 am in wikipedia crying over the onceler. XD

@@rhayssalopez haha thanks :D
As bad as the rest of the film was, it would've meant nothing in comparison to this song simply being in the film. You had a shot Illumination, and you missed
Bad according to who you? Ratings say other wise
@@sadtimesalways look how much it made lmao and keep in mind opinions and facts are different joker only has 68% yet millions of people has that as their favorite movie of all time personally I don’t like it and think it’s bad but still my opinion doesn’t change the amount of people who like it and how much it made
I think it might've hit too close to home for them lmao
Actually it would have given the film as it was a redeeming quality, but with all the original versions of the songs, the original draft of the movie as a whole would have made a huge difference from what we got.

3:40 it sounds like the apocalypse is on our doorsteps.
With slowed, it makes him more sinister
AND I LOVE IT
5:20 THE BEST PART
this is amazing ✨✨
i feel robbed that this isnt in the movie
OMG YOU DID IT!!! Thank you so much for this!!
The dislikes are from illumination
A esto le llamamos "rebajadas" en mi rancho
XD
This is why they didn’t get this song in because it would show the darkness of how these corporations act and that’s why they cut it cuz they didn’t want people to know that this is always happening as we speak a exemple of what real corporate greed means
Biggering is a badass song 😎👍🏻
imagine if this was in the 1972 adaption of the Lorax.
ok but lower-pitched Danny DeVito is fucking fantastic
When he says "I don't wanna hear your crying" You kinda take away that the people singing in the background that those are the people that are crying but the OnceLer shuts them all down. Hell maybe it's the animals that are crying. Also this is the only demo son that doesn't have OnceLer's guitar or fish singing. (And no the stuff with Ted doesn't count)
why do people hate the lorax part? i think it's great
Me too
I love that part too! ❤
Ikr? And he speak facts
the lorax would be a much better movie if it was +14
@@3nderfire exactly
THIS IS SO GOOD WHAT
This sounds really badass but also pretty sad. :c
I really want this in the Movie but still-
The fucking movie narrators thought it was a little bit too real- yeah I understand but still- they could have made it a 11 and over movie- because then I would have liked the Movie more and more -
How bad can I be is just too basic for me 😃🖐
sure that's the "reason", in reality illumination didn't want this cuz in their opinion it'll make children scared and not want toys (literally the opposite of the message of the lorax)
@@doublea8462 I think Illumination weren’t the right ones to make this movie. Anyone else feel the same?
way better than hearing some guy with a towel as an invention sing 'A A A A A A A A A A' for 3 minutes
Just make the guitar more heavy metal, and boom. Perfect.
Muchos no les gusta cuando el lorax habla, pero a mi si, ya que se escucha épico también lo que le dice sobre sus pecados uou
Y sobre la realidad que ocurre con once ler y este mundo
it's so ironic that they replaced this song with how bad can i be because it was "catchier" and more "exciting." y'know, for more money.
that, and they probably realized that it sounded too much like them lmao
Omg this sounds so epic
5:10 for some reason I like this part of the song
Same
It's just a biggering memory
Oh yeah. This definitely slaps
hear me out
how bad can i be jp dub
but slowed
Holy fuck this is amazing thank you
In an alternative version of the past....
I like how the deep voice kind of sounds like what the devil would sound like. (And the lorax sounds like god.)
This makes this song even darker
I always thought out of all of the Dr.Seuss movies that got a live action film, the Lorax would definitely have worked well with that if they made the movie have a much darker tone in general. It might have even worked as a mini series. A darker tone and style could have showed off the danger and true darkness of huge corporate expansion in a much more realistic and better way than a bright movie.
OH MY GOD THIS IS FIRE🔥🔥🔥🔥(also you should see the 1972 lorax the lorax seems like a nice guy in 1972)
The guitar is absolutely the best thing in the song, tho there are no riffs, it still sound great
4:20 this is the most hype part (usually the one you see in edits)
The first verse and chorus makes me picture The Once-Ler walking alone in his empty, dilapidated, and decrepit factory after the last truffula tree is cut down and his business went under.
bro i just got a almost 3 hour long ad for what seems like an entire movie on Netflix lol
Omg thank u this is awsome!!
BIGGERING 🍷🗿
at first i didn't realise, i needed all this stuff
I had a little cottage and that cottage was enough
A place where I could sell my thneeds, but now Ive had a little time to re-assess my needs
And I need a bigger office,
This song is a what if dr Seuss made the movie
God dam this sounds so good slowed and reverbed
you know I will do...
original: im daddy
this one: im the daddies
We were robbed 😤
The *SOUL!*
something is biggering and its not money
What
What
What
What
What
At first I didn't realize
I needed all this stuff
I had a little cottage
And that cottage was enough
A place where I could sit and knit
A place where I could sell my Thneeds
But now I've had a little time
To re-assess my needs
And I need a bigger office
I need a bigger chair
A bigger desk, a bigger staff
A bigger hat to wear
Because I'm biggering
I'm figuring I'm biggering
And biggering is triggering
More biggering
Hey, listen up, meathead
I'm going to say this once, and I'm not gonna repeat it
Greed ya see, it's like a little pet, alright?
And the more and more and more that you go and feed it
The more hungry it'll get
But you know, you really can't blame greed
No, that's stupid
You see, it's gotta worm inside
Oh yeah, that's right
It's one that always needs to feed
And it is never satisfied
You get it?
But the more you try to find it
The more it likes to hide
Now listen that is nasty little worm
And I like to call it pride
See, now that's why you're biggering
Listen here, idiot
I'm figuring on biggering
But that biggering's just triggering more biggering
Got that? Alright
There is a principle of nature
That most every creature knows
It's called survival of the fittest
And this is how it goes
The animal that wins has got to
Claw and kick and punch
The animal that doesn't
Winds up someone else's lunch
A company's an animal
That's trying to survive (survive)
It's struggling, and fighting
Just to keep itself alive
I must keep biggering
I'm figuring I'm biggering
Though biggering is triggering more biggering
I won't stop
Biggering
I'm figuring I'm biggering
And biggering is triggering more biggering
And the customers are buying
And the money multiplying
And the pr people lying
And the lawyers are denying
Who cares if some things are dying?
I don't wanna hear your crying
This is all so gratifying
