I missed it so much, when my friend went to Ipoh, I asked her to buy 沙葛腐皮 but she bought me others that I can make it myself. Thank you for your recipe but may be I will try less 沙葛 and add a bit water to make it into a thick paste and wrap in the腐皮. Steam then slice then deep fry them. Will let you know the result.
Hi, Ipoh style originally is only plain jicama.. of course you can add in fish paste on your preference, but i assume the taste come out would totally different as the meat taste cover the jicama. But why don’t give it a try.😃
