    ◆ Ingredients 食材 ◆
    ★ For Filling 内馅食材 ★
    300g Minced Pork 肉末
    20g Shallot 小红葱
    ½~1 tsp Salt 盐
    1 tsp Pepper 胡椒粉
    ½ tsp Sugar 白糖
    1 tbsp Oyster Sauce 蚝油
    1 tbsp Corn Starch 玉米淀粉
    3 tbsp Water 清水
    Dash Of Shiitake Mushrooms 新鮮香菇
    Chinese Celery 芹菜茎
    ★ For Batter 粉浆 ★
    80g Glutinous Rice Flour 糯米粉
    40g Rice Flour 粘米粉
    1 tsp Custard Powder 蛋黄粉
    ¼ tsp Salt 盐
    160ml Water 清水

    *200ml Water 清水
    *1 tbsp Sesame Oil 麻油
    3 tbsp Cooking Oil 食用油
    70g Shallots Slices 红葱片
    3 Chinese Mushrooms 香菇丁
    40g Dried Shrimps 虾米
    1 Chinese Sausage 腊肠
    35g Garlics 蒜末
    300g Chicken 鸡肉
    1 tsp Sugar 白糖
    1 tsp Pepper 胡椒粉
    ½ tsp Five Spice Powder 五香粉
    2 tsp Light Soy Sauce 生抽
    ½ tsp Salt 盐
    Chinese Celery 芹菜
    ½ tsp Sweet Soy Sauce 甜酱油
    Beancurd Soft Skin 腐竹皮
    ★ For Batter 粉浆 ★
    40g Glutinous Rice Flour 糯米粉
    25g Rice Flour 粘米粉
    ½ tsp Baking Powder 泡打粉
    100ml Water 清水

    哇 !香菇 +肉末 ,这材料 ,经常是拿来捏起丸子 ,煮成湯类的;
    没想到可以裹上粉漿 ,炸成外酥里嫩的酿鲜菇 。
    这肯定又是老师的精心创意 ,佩服 !

      裹上腐竹皮蒸一蒸比较合味,蒸过可以直接享用,冷冻起来保质期更长。。。
