I played your UB budget affinity deck on paper for 6 months. My friend just bought this deck and I'm planning on buying it on paper also. I got mtgo for the first time 36 hours ago just to play this deck. And got the 5-0 in my second league ever. I beat murktide 2x, grinding station, broodscale eldrazi combo, and goblin rebirth artifact whack. Thanks for always making me laugh and making the best decks.
Love the fact that everyone immediately tries out all the new busted mythic and rare cards, except Daddy, which hammers out a common uncommon combo the moment he has access to the cards. Basically keep your shiny things, I got a lizard
NGL, this is how Modern Horizon's sets should be designed around. Not making new busted decks with all of the new chase rare/mythic's, but bringing back old archetypes with new pieces so people can rebuild their old decks again

I....put this deck together on Arena. In the Historic format. Out of 20 games, I lost 1. and that was to a turn 1 Soul Warden. After that, I changed the deck up to Abzan. I put in Zulaport Cutthroats and Cruel Celebrants. The Games have been ending much faster and there's an actual payoff if the opponent decides to board wipe me. I've gone rom Bronze 4 all the way to gold 3 with an abzan variant of this deck in about 30 minutes. Holy F you're a genius!
I love your content, the fact that you actually brew and play new & different decks is so refreshing and the archetypes you've birthed are proof that it makes the format more interesting for everyone!
I'm a big fan of the MH3 set. So far i've seen a lot of brews that really motivates me to get some spicy decks going myself. This video is no exception.
This channel always enlightens me on how much further there is for me to learn in regards to degenerate combos in Magic. First thing I thought of when I saw Basking Broodscale was Hardended Scales.
Magic Ayds, I love it! Wizards can go pound sand. I also love watching the creativity in your builds work it's magic. Proof that you don't just need to jam every newer, more broken card into decks to succeed even in a competitive format.
Gotta love daddy and the way he does stuff. Honestly his combos and his fun are my favorite. Want those deck boxes since he started making them years ago!
The velocity of the modern format with this is wild. Have been patiently waiting for all of Daddy’s new brews, and the spice level of this one did not disappoint!
It's cool to see a deck with a density of combos that gives it multiple ways to victory. Relying on just 2 or 3 wouldn't be enough but with 5 or 6 the deck stands a chance.

Collected company is such a brilliantly designed card for constructed mtg. Now they just add another ability making the text into the average Yu-Gi-Oh card font size. Thanks for the video Mr rainbows, and remember to watch your tongue else forces beyond your control may not take kindly! ❤
The flexibility of the combos was really crazy in this deck. Because there's so many ways to go infinite, it's hard for opponents to know what piece to try and take out. I wonder if this is going to be another 5C Humans situation and we see this deck popping up all over

Gotta agree with a lot of the comments, at this point I kinda felt like the Magic Rainbows name was iconic and also a wild story of how they tried to “fix” it, but I’m glad you’re on to something that you prefer.
I've thought about building a commander deck along these lines. It turns out that you can basically chain 40 or 50 cheap green and white creatures into overlapping combo suites, then you just throw in lands and disruption. Triskelion and Ballista were actually some of the combo "endpoints" as they didn't chain to multiple combos like Heliod did.
Rest In Peace Magic_Rainbows. I still remember the Sparkle Sparkle humans video from years ago and me being so damn confused for the first 30 seconds of it.
yayyyyy. i's still recommend upping your box sizes just a smidge if they haven't changed in the last couple of years. sleeved cards are kinda nug in them and it's abrasive love the content as always. it's hard to find a content creator who talks at a sensible pace
