This genre definitely needs all the new blood it can get 😭. My advice for the brand new musician is just to start. Focus on quantity over quality and make music that sounds good to you even if it initially displeases other people. You will find as you improve your music those negative qualities people cited before eventually become a style that anyone can enjoy.
