First Step in the Inauguration of Pal Thubten Shedrub Ling Monastery in Lumbini

H.E. Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche, his family, and his students, including the sangha of monks and nuns, along with students from around the world, made the first step in the inauguration of the Pal Thubten Shedrub Ling Monastery a grand event that spanned four days, from 23rd May to 26th May.
The event featured the installation and consecration of magnificent 16-foot statues of the Buddha of the Three Times, surrounded by 18-inch statues of one thousand Buddhas. Rinpoche emphasized the significance of the monastery and the World Heritage site of Lumbini, expressing heartfelt gratitude to everyone who supported the construction of this temple.
With overwhelming support and love from around the globe, the monastery is now nearing its final stages of completion. Rinpoche hopes all remaining work will be finished in few months. He extends an invitation to everyone to attend the Grand Inauguration in November 2024!
