I think that her hair was colored too dark. When she arrived, her hair was too light. Something in between would have been nice. Like a light brown, with some blondish highlights.

A makeover is good for one day. But what about maintenance? They should do an aftershow if these ladies can maintain their hairstyles and looks. I know if i go to hairdressers to get a new hairstyle i find it difficult to maintain and then you have to go back to the hairdresser to keep the style going.
