why there is no sound effects for me? only the music

i installed pmex remix ultra, and i can play it perfectly, but i cant hear the sound effects the only thing i can hear is the music
@@boredguy1276ok I thought it was the PMEX DX, I know the sound effect is not working is the announcers win is missing? If that a problem it was separated. Only can fix it using PC. And not only that there is also a bug.
