Yes, this is a coffee concentrate. It's a ratio of 2:1, so 2 parts liquid of your choice (water, milk of your choice, or combination of the 2) and coffee concentrate. My personal combination is 100ml of coffee concentrate, 100ml of water and 100ml of milk.
Blue Bottles website recommends 68g of beans to cold brew, but if you’re using a little less you could just not fill the water to the top fill line. I don’t have a precise answer, but I would still recommend cold brewing with a little less water or the full amount and see if the 8g makes that big of a difference.
What setting did you grind your beans on? And does it matter when making cold brew? I’m interested to see how the OXO compares. Great video overall…making cold brew doesn’t seem too bad with that Hario.
Hey @She E! For cold-brewing grind your beans on a course setting, similar size to french press beans. Will make a video on the OXO in the near future, so stay tuned! I love my Hario and use it all the time, let me know if you try it out!
Nice one! Helped me a lot! Thank you!
Glad to have helped!
Wouldn’t one remove the filter once’s it’s done “brewing” and not keep it in there when pouring a cup?
Yes, it’s probably best you do. Especially if you don’t finish the bottle as quick as I do 😁. I should’ve taken it out. Good catch!
Thanks for the review. Please do the Oxo also 😊
Will do!
Is this a consecrated coffee

How much usage do you think you could get out of ~60g?
