For everyone asking the meaning, this is from the website: “Susie and Andy’s relationship has become toxic. In order to deal with Andy’s controlling and emotionally damaging actions, Susie begins to manifest a real and physical horror.”
When Susie starts manifesting these things her girlfriend kills her. Does she do it out of fear or because she’s losing control of Susie? The thing Susie created as a defense mechanism ended up causing her death.

The information herein is not contained in the film.
It seems that a true entity
      of darkness arrived.
      From where?
      That information is not conveyed.
      Susie is a recent potential
      'Possession'
      by a malignant entity
      of manifested force.
Her girlfriend saves her life from actually (in possession)
      walking off the Roof.
At the end when she feels
      she is cured?
      The entity has jumped.
      The entity wanted Susie's demise.
      The information as to why

Suffice to say The entity is a malignant Entity.

I'm not sure I see the abuse in this relationship. They both have issues, and seem to be in a bad place, but I don't think I'd call Andy abusive. She seems depressed, and Susie seems dismissive. I don't think I saw anything "controlling" either. Andy doesn't want to go to a party since it seems like she's having a really bad day, but she goes anyway to make Susie happy. When their friend is telling a story, she's putting on a face, and when she can't take being fake anymore, she politely leaves so she doesn't spoil their fun. She seems concerned about Susie picking at her nails and drinking excessively. Maybe she's not the nicest about it, but she doesn't yell at her once or command that she does what she wants. Am I missing something? I've seen abuse, and this doesn't seem like it to me.....

Nobody ever stays with each other today and with the internet being so important it can ruin fragile relationships. Susie has suicidal tendencies and it's clearly depicted in the film (Susie may be a wordplay for the word 'Suicide'). Andy looks like she has trouble connecting with other people and has negative attitude towards them. Although she tries for the sake of her partner, it doesn't end well. This, in turn, affects Susie in a negative way. Shen tries to connect with her partner but gets turned down.
This must have been a cycle and both of them gets stuck in the relationship (which is what the clock is trying to represent where it was shown a couple of times telling the same time). Susie desperately wants to get out of it (represented by the loud banging on the door or running out of their apartment) but maybe out of guilt, couldn't leave Andy who genuinely cares about her.
Towards the end, a fight must have broken out and Andy accidentally stabs Susie which is what she may have wanted after all by saying 'I have fixed it'.

I feel like this is the breakdown in Andy's head, almost like it's happening in a split second right as she stabs susie. This is her psychotic break and is playing back in her head as if she's the one who is being mistreated, like a justification. An immediate psychotic break flashing in the instant she sees what she does, the brain attempting to justify her actions.

It's artistic and beautiful, but I think the problem with having very little idea of what is real, what is actually happening etc can cause the final product to have less impact. And unless there is a lot happening off screen, I don't know if I see the toxicity? For most of it Andy seems more like a depressed person with maybe problems expressing her thoughts/feelings rather than downright abuser, and Susie seems like she is the one having a mental breakdown. Right until the ending, which then made me go "...wait, what?".

okay forgive me if this is absolutely incorrect but my take on this really disturbing well done video btw was this: The clock at night and in the morning is exactly in the same place and at other parts of the day. I took it so symbolically that this is about two people who's ideal time for each other has run out but they are both too scared to move on so they stay stuck in fear...unable to say they want out but unable to commit more. Of course I usually just watch films at a literal sense so it's also possible they are just stuck in some time imprint...but I really feel even then it's about them both being afraid of expressing their needs. The end though...I should have seen that was how it was going to happen based on her saying "don't do it to me" earlier but I didn't. I always love it when writers give you the most obvious clues and then surprise you. Captivating.

So I think the both of them have some sort of mental illness?
Which is deluding the truth of how toxic the relationship is for each of them, and in an attempt to get out of it Susie creates an alternative mindset, which is speratic and scares Andy
Andy, who has trouble expressing her emotions might have become too controlling to Susie despite just trying to care for her. When the alternative mindset tries to free Susie via suicide, Andy becomes frightened even more and in an attempt to get Susie to stop, she uses a broken plate to stab her. Her mind warping the event to seem like Susie is the one stabbing her, both can't actually believe what's happening and they're both in denial.

So here’s what I think, Susie got possessed/manifested an evil entity inside herself via mental illness and Andy didnt know how to help. This resulted in a toxic relationship where susie was struggling with her mental health and manifesting this demon as Andy swept it under the rug because she didn’t know the right ways to help. Andy becomes overbearing and less social and introverted and projects that onto susie and makes things worse.
Susie attempts to game-end herself and Andy had a breakdown wherein the possessed Susie antagonizes Andy into stabbing her.

So sad that the selfish partner is still selfish to the end. Controlling, cheating and finally getting rid of “the relationship problem”.
I saw the patterns in this short in many real lives.

OK, so I’ve watched this film several times over a period of time… and I figured it out, I finally figured out this film….and it was the same type of epiphany that I had when I figured out the shining. This was brilliant, and now that I understand it I enjoy even more. Hint: listen closely to what she says @13:15. She says that she’s not sure if anything exists outside “the room”, and she feels trapped in a box, and that she’s not sure if anything really exists outside of this box and sometimes she gets scared or so worked up that she has to leave “the room” to make sure…. The knocking represent something… maybe a change….come on people figure this out!!!! Its awesome so much better when you figure it out yourself, rather then when somebody tells you. I’m trying to give you some hints!

This is incredible! I'd love to offer an interpretation, but I'm not there yet. Not even close. Though, for now, it has sort of a Picasso-esque multi-perspective, multi-aspect montage quality to it. It does not all have to cohere beyond the theme level.
Talk about a mind-bender. I feel like my mind just got stuck in taffee puller.
    Compelling work here! Love it!
