If she has a small waist, I would do the bottom part like in the video and then do 2 SC in every other row to make the middle part bigger. Check my tutorial for ribbed cuff, if You dont se what I mean :-)

Hi Cassandra. It should fit her just fine, since there is a little stretch in the pattern. If You look at the pictures/video, You can see it´s fittet on a mannequin, so I would call it a "Small Medium" 😉 /Vibeke
