Im sorry, but it is miles behind what you can buy in Marbella for the same money, Marbella has much more ,kerb appeal, than the most exclusive street in Tenerife IMO. Even the furniture, looks from Ikea, Tenerife has a long way to go yet, Im afraid, very well presented Angela, especially for your first house. I like the way you show the surrounding area.
Hi David. 👋 Thank you very much for your comment. I'm happy that you liked the presentation and the way I showed the area. I'm sure there are a lot of differences between properties but the main advantage we have here is the excellent climate all year round. That's what adds value to all properties. This and the fact that building areas on the island can't be expanded like the areas in the south of spain (48,6% of the island is environmentally protected). As for the furniture I can assure you that it's not from Ikea, but of course everybody has an own style when it comes to interior design. I love it personally. Specially the grey Cassina armchairs. I totally agree. When you look at what you can buy in Marbella or Benahavis or Sotogrande for this price there's simply no comparison. I'm not worried about a couple of months of dodgy weather ,I'll go somewhere else for those months. Crazy money, even taking into consideration the good lot size...

Yes it’s a beautiful villa and well presented, but, compared to villas in the south of Spain (Marbella etc) this is overpriced without access to mainland Europe!

The balanced climate and the modern infrastructure increases the demand for luxury real estate. Since we are around 1.300km away from mainland Spain we have two airports with daily connections to the main destinations in Europe. Hola Mujer ¿Estás segura que son 325 metros cuadrados? Parece mucho más. La casa de mis Padres es de 280 y ni miras de ser cercana a ese tamaño.
Hola TheReverb1. Muchas gracias por tu comentario. Los 325 metros cuadrados corresponden a la parte habitable de la casa. Si contamos la construcción junto a las terrazas y piscina serían 536 metros cuadrados. Por otro lado la parcela, que se integra mucho en la arquitectura, son 2500 metros cuadrados por lo que de da mas sensación de amplitud. That's why it may seem like the only one in this area from the aerial view. This privileged location and the prime real estate is what gives this street its high value. This house has gone for style and not functionality there is so much wasted space that you could of added a few more bedrooms, it’s way overpriced in my view there is no way I would pay that kind of money for a three bedroom house and I know the area you would definitely need a vehicle unless you like long walks.

Чувствуется, что у агенства нет денег, чтобы нанять нормального носителя языка для презентции такого привлекательного объекта, но обставленного, кстати, ужасно бедно и подчёркнуто убого, - так что профессиональный дизайнер интеръеров тоже неободим для успешной презентации и продажи.
