SD - SQUEEZER DENSIFIER - Plastic wet waste drying and densification (Agglo.) in one step

The SD - Squeezer densifier machine is a two in one machine designed to completely dry and densify wet plastic film waste once it has been washed. The feeding can be manual as shown above, or can be directly attached to machines like friction washer for a continuous process.
The machine replaces the requirement of manual drying or a dryer which is inefficient. Also it replaces the need for an Agglomerator (densifier). It is highly compact and saves a lot of power, human resource and is economical.
Input material - Wet washed & grinded film plastic waste
Output material - Completely dried and densified plastic material ready to be processed further or sold.
THE PROCESS:
The material is first squeezed to remove most of the excess water by a purpose built screw. The Barrel lets the water out, collecting and discharging it through a pipe. The material moves further and is semi melted above 100 degrees centigrade resulting in total evaporation and drying of material. The plastic film material and then consequently densified and cut into small chunks. The SD outlet can be attached with an optional air tube to cool off and load the material into a cyclo / storage unit / another machine process, etc.
