      There is a company in the UK called Scan and they sell pre built and made to order (still pre built imo). They had a pc for £1200 (just under). Parts at full retail/consumer price £800 total.
      To their credit the cooler was a Dark Rock or something like that. Most others sell them with the bundled in the box with cpu coolers.

      4k now for Starfield specifically. While I stole my prebuilt Omen 45L with 14900k and 4090, 64gb of ram and 2 tb nvme for under 2k, I am concerned about the issues with the 14900k, so I am keeping an eye on it, could always swap in an AMD setup assuming the DD5 Memory will play nice at 5200?

      Hey Jason my friend was looking at $315 refurbished prebuilt from Amazon that was a 3770 with a 1030 and asking if it was "good". Thing is it even included a super cheap monitor. I put together a list using lots of your advice but I can't seem to get lower than about $400-450 using rx580 and ryzen 4500 and the monitor always breaks the budget. Would you ever consider an ultra-ultra-low budget build guide or boost my build maybe like $300 without a monitor?

    Nice to see some non-scam pre builds from time to time. As someone who builds his own PCs I still have 2 problems with prebuilds (if the price is actually decent for what u get):
    1.) The description mostly doesnt tell what EXACT parts are used, like what exact PSU, what exact SSD etc..And they usually cheap out on those.
    2.) Build and transport quality/damage. Often enough they dont screw everything tightly, like the motherboard etc cause those builds are being rushed apparently. Or they forget to remove the protection stickers on NVMEs before dropping the headsink on it. So there is a lack of quality control sometimes.
    - Plus, when those builds are transported, sometimes they dont accurately fix the GPU being in the socket, which can damage or destroy the entire pc.
    So even if u expect everything to work on arrival, there are still a few things to check before running the system.

    • @PCBuilderChannel
      @PCBuilderChannel  4 месяца назад +1

      The prebuilt market is way better than it used to be, and I'm happy to say I've spoken to several of the brands (and they've told me they've watched my videos and ones from GN) on how to improve. The major brands have figured out the transport/packing and is the reason why I have specific brands I recommend over others. I don't recommend a lot of "fly by night" brands as you'll find that while they might be a bit cheaper, you'll pay for it in other ways.

    Interesting video, thanks for sharing! Unfortunately, the Skytech PC I'm interested in doesn't come with a European socket input. I'm not sure about the other PCs.
    So, I'm looking for recommendations on a 4K gaming PC that ships to Europe-one that’s compatible with European voltage out of the box, so I don’t have to worry about using a transformer. I’ve got a budget of up to 4000 Euros.
    Since I’m new to building PCs and a bit nervous about getting everything right, I’d really appreciate any suggestions for solid pre-built options. However, if there's a good step-by-step guide for a certain build that you recommend, I'm open to building one myself.
    I need something that’ll last for a few years and can handle both 4K gaming and demanding design tasks like 3D rendering, video editing, and Photoshop.
    Thanks in advance for any advice!

      IMO I would take the new part with the warranty and box so the 6700 XT. The difference is about 6% which to me would be outweighed by it being brand new, the warranty and ability to return it.

    Again no mention of MSI, Costco has a per built system for $2399.99 would you look at that and tell me what you think. I’m looking for a system to play Farming Simulator 25 on.

    i have ryzen 7 3700x x570 g edge wifi rtx 2060 super 8gb ram 3000mhz.should i just upgrade to 5800x 3d or go for am5 build. staying am4 worth it?

    • @PCBuilderChannel
      @PCBuilderChannel  4 месяца назад +2

      The RTX 2060 Super is about the same speed as a new RX 6600 8GB GPU. The 3700X is about the same gaming speed as a Ryzen 5500. So it all depends on your budget. If you are looking to spend about $900 or more I'd probably go with a new AM5 build (and I'd sell the existing build for whatever I could get for it , even $200). If less than that, then I'd go with the 5700X3D and dump the rest into the GPU.

    I can get an IBuyPower TraceMesh 7 with a Ryzen 7 5700, RTX 4060, 16GB DDR4, B550 MB, Wi-Fi/BT, 600W Power Supply New for $699 right now. Would you recommend this deal or would it be possible to build a PC with a different CPU/GPU Combo and get better performance. This is my first step moving away from Console so I'm trying to get the best deal I can on a Budget of $900 Max but I need a monitor as well. Any help is greatly appreciated. BTW I know with my budget I'm only in 1080P range which is fine for now although 1440P would be nice.

      @kelley09162 4 месяца назад +1

      You can build one for better price to performance.
      You can actually go 1440p if you don't mind being a little over budget. This build is currently $903 + Tax
      It's list / hFqkpB in PC Part Picker
      We just need to see during Prime Day if there are any sales and if the 5600 CPU goes on sale to make it the same or cheaper than the 12400F.
