I know I’ll get slammed for this. I don’t think people were concerned about Disney’s bottom line which is what you made it out to be in all your replies. Disney will be fine without this one doll and key, and I’m sure everyone assumed you would either be told to keep it or be sent a prepaid return label. It’s more about you doing the moral and ethical thing regardless of the outcome. I have to say, my jaw dropped watching the vlog today because as a business owner yourself I never thought you would have the reaction you did.

Tricia, I reacted the way I did BECAUSE I'm a business owner. I know how these things work. It is not worth a company's time or money to get an extra item back. They also budget for mishaps like this, keep extra stock, and factor it into the selling price. Plus, most big companies will not re-sell returned items. They get donated or tossed out. That's why nearly 100% of the time, a customer will be told to keep the item. Returning also inconveniences the customer for a mistake the company made, so it's better customer service to let them keep it. It's not about morals and integrity. It's about how the business model works.
Reminds me when I ordered some Copics and they sent me 2 of the same colour. I felt like a God with my second BV17.

Day Four of Corona Quarantine: It’s actually kind of a really sad day for me. I just got broken up with someone I was in love for months. It wasn’t a long relationship as we got together yesterday. But I still feel immensely sad. I guess god said screw happinesses. But you know what, A good baylee vlog is just what I needed to make this day go better! Long live the bebes! I work at a UPS Store and they definitely should have noticed there were two of the same. You aren't allowed to send a tracking number twice ever, but there have been slip ups before. It's just very rare.

That’s crazy they sent you two. I was lucky enough to get an Anna and Elsa of my own, but my boyfriend wasn’t fast enough to get his lol. They sold out so fast and the site was glitching when he tried to order.
when you first went to order Elsa it said sold out right? so maybe that order actually went through on Disney's side. did you check your receipt to make sure you only paid for 2?
Yes, I checked the receipt. Also, there is a limit of one per customer, not one per order. It was impossible for me to buy two.

I finally got to order something! I always missed out due to time difference mostly, sometimes money. I didn’t get all the prints I wanted as it was but I’ll get them next time. I really wanted I’m a little ducky pin - when I was younger my nickname used to be Debby Duck 😆.
I’m going to miss daily vlogs come next month, I have been looking forward to a vlog every day. I’m in isolation for at least four months - immune compromised.

Keep in mind that high schools let out around 2:30. Elementary schools let out around 3:30. Hospital shifts change at 3:00. Offices let out at 5:00. So, yes, there is a rush hour around 3 PM that extends to 5:00 PM with a slight lessening at around 4 PM. In the community in which I grew up, the factories staggered start and closing times so that there was no "rush hour". That should be the norm everywhere.
Maybe get some color tracking lights would look really pretty. That is a beautiful collection of Disney Dolls.
Well Baylee, I used to watch your vlogs every day and then other stuff distracted me and I fell off the wagon during learning to paint water colours and sew some new things. BUT... I found you again and am so glad I did as you are so entertaining and such a great artist with so much committment to keep going and make good content. I have the same water dish as that and it makes that noise when the motor is clogged with gunk. I usually wash it out as use Q-tips to thoroughly clean it, hope that helps :3
I just cleaned it a week ago, but maybe I ended up pushing some gunk in further. XD
My cats water fountain makes a similar sound, for us it usually means it's running low on water
Ours makes a trickling noise when low on water. The buzzing sound can happen even with a full fountain. Just something that occasionally happens.
Disney need to be shammed and fined for the waste packaging they make, its disgusting. How can we sort out the environmental issues with companies like this doing that.

Why don’t you send the other doll back it may have been someone else’s and if they get sold out then they won’t get there’s. They are limited additions as you said you could be helping someone out
Disney has extra dolls for cases like this. I had a limited edition doll go missing once and Disney told me this information themselves. Stores always have more items in stock than what they actually put up for sale because orders go missing all the time.

Hey Baylee, I really love your doll collection! I collect Rapunzel and Tiana mostly, with a few others here and there. Where did you get your display case for them from? I never thought about removing them from the box, cause I'm such a MIB collector but it adds so much more value when you see all of them! Do you throw the boxes out or put them in storage?

OMG I didn’t know you had a second channel and have been collecting these dolls too 😭😭 I have them too, mine are still in their box until my shelves arrive on Friday. My collection keeps growing. Also it’s so weird how they package things, my Olaf key came in the same box both dolls did, definitely not in its own gigantic box 😂

100% certain that if I got that slow feeder, my cat would just find a way to pull the green cups out or tip the whole thing over. I do have one that is basically an upside down bowl with holes cut out so she has to stick her paw in to get food, but that isn't enough to stop her from eating so fast that she throws up anymore.
