Pranayam kare daily subah aur sham. Food bhi sahi quantity main wo bhi aisa jo aapke liye healthy ho. Apki anxiety kuch weeks main hi reduce ho jayegi. Overthinking ke liye Ap koi bhi acitivities main lag jaye turat jaise painting karna ya koi khane ki dish bana lena. Khali jab baithe rehte hai to overthinking aur anxiety hoti. Social media aur screen timing kam kare, usse bhi ye sab hota hai. Focus on your well being. I hope for you the best. Do not worry you are fine. Agar ye thik nahi ho raha hai aur bahut din ho gaye hai to consult a psychologist. They knows best 😊
