First Tracks on CESSO COULOIR - Helbronner SKYWAY Monte-Bianco

- The easiest and most obvious of the main couloirs off of Skyway Monte-Bianco - Cesso Coulouir is still no pushover! A big open bowl at the top (watch out for avalanches) leads into the narrow pinchpoint of the couloir proper. A few steep narrow turns and you are back out into the open powder bowl of the Toula glacier and smiling from ear to ear!

That's epic, a bucketlist descent for me!. The 7's are getting to live their best life now, thank you for recovering them from a terrible fate!!
you either want to get there first, or last! you dont want to be in the couloir with other people skiing across the top that is for sure!
Nice man! Italys the place to be F France and their 10euro beers! Some of that ice was grim. Keep shredding bro
10 euro would be cheap for an on piste pint in chamonix! more like 13!

Ended up sideslipping the whole thing 😂
Wow, amazing couloir! How was the Avalanche Forecast? At the top looks signs of big slide on the traverse, for me always tought to evaluate conditions in italian side.
It was 3 that day, pretty standard. No that's not a crown wall it's just people's tracks going across to a different line. The middle of the couloir had already sluffed, hence why it was icy. The side that we skied at the top felt super stable
@@chamonixskibum thx again, looking to ski it! Around Cham and Courmayeur have a big list of Must ski/try to 🤙 but always tough judge conditions or snow stability in many of them since i should travel from Madrid
Hardcore.
Thinking about it for today 🥴. Is it steep as f*ck what the hell
am I doing here? Or just this is steep, but I can do this? 😂
Ps nice video!!!
It's not crazy steep by chamonix standards. About 45 degrees. It's steepest at the top where it is nice and wide, then it mellows out a little in the narrows
Do you work in Chamonix?
yes, i am a transfer driver at the moment
@@chamonixskibum as a UK bus driver that'd be ideal for me! I guess you have a carte de sejour? Not sure how I'd manage to work there with bleedin Brexit.
@@jonny8597 indeed yes, i have been here since before brexit... it is worth asking around, because if companies are struggling to hire EU drivers then they can employ UK drivers
