All you really need are Riftmaker, Lyandries, and Rabadons for offense. She’s not supposed to be a TANK tank. You gotta weave in and out utilizing her insane mobility.
I'll usually run a slightly different build, same runes though. Mana boots Riftmaker Liandry's 4th item depends: against heavy AD comp i'll go Crystalline Reflector against balanced comp i'll go with Psychic Projector Twinguard Mantle

I play Lillia a lot, i am currently Master this season and i am going for GM soon and i do not agree with this guide.... You will never make Lillia tanky enough but u can make her a race car and avoid dmh. Take phase rush instead of Conqueror and change Amaranths for Cosmic Impulse. I usuwaly end season with top 50/100 Lillia rank on EUNE.

Lillia is the most fun to play. She is just too squishy.... And I don't think you can make her tanky enough and do enough damage at the same time.

Just build Riftmaker and avoid CC. You should heal through any damage that doesn't kill you.

interesting build in my opinion. I should give it a try. currently, I use Phase Rush or Electrocute. mostly electrocute. I'll try this build.

Yea, don't go electricute. Nothing with a cd of 13-20 seconds will work . Go for phase rush and cosmic drive 4th item. They can't touch you.
