So many Christians are struggling right now. We need messages like this. Do it again Lord! Fill us with, hope, love and BELIEF!
I feel empty about everything under the sun but,when I had do it again lord,it made me realize that he's been there always,and he'll do it again,.may Jesus do it again indeed we can't afford to grow cold brethren,God be with you always.
Unbelief is treacherous. I saw this in my own father. He would not believe the Bible and believed what a pastor told him a long time ago, that the Bible says it’s OK to sin. So he sinned openly all his life and would not repent. He was dying and my Mom told him, God is just ready for you now. My dad told her, “No, I’m going to hell.” Be careful of the deceitfulness of sin. We tell ourselves it’s OK and a little bit won’t hurt but all the time it’s doing it’s work of hardening our heart. This makes it harder to repent. Don’t let hardness creep in. Stay close to God and in his Word constantly examining your heart and life. Stand strong brethren, hard times are here.
Wilkerson never ceases to amaze in how he transports me into the very moments and thoughts of Jesus and the disciples.
Wow what a striking - poignant statement. Wilkerson speaks from a spiritual heart and he didn’t sugar coat it. Today it is up to you and I who believe to shout from the rooftops that which we have learned in the darkness. The revelations are from The Holy Spirit and He IS teaching right now. Speak it even if they forbare what is said. All Glory to God.

I keep listening to this sermon, this is profound! The Holy Spirit is all over this message and delivery! So powerful!
The disciples believed the end times would come in their lives, that God would make thousands of Christians in the Roman empire.
Now we are almost twice as far away from Jesus (2000 years) as Jesus was from Moses (about 1300 years).
Where the disciples saw thousands, God saw billions upon billions upon billions who would be saved.
Do it again Lord!
Please pray for my best friend and my ex-fiancee, that God bring them into the pasture. The billions that have been saved throughout history have each been a miracle. I need a miracle now for two more sheep to be found and brought into safety.
The seed of doubt is nurtured through fear, through unbelief. I’ve watched cradle to grave Christians flounder because they care for this life and the worldly ways. A days of Noah drunken society. Christ himself prays for us specifically during these days. Sift all spirits, remain calm and stoic but speak boldly as a man in faith. Refuse the mark of the beast which is in play right now. Trim those wicks for the hour is nigh at hand. God Bless and all Glory to God.

The choices we make throughout our life can all be traced back on the deepest level to what we believe or don't believe about God. Whether consciously or subconsciously. We must know what we believe and let Gods Word fill us with truth so much so that we cannot ponder anything else. 2 Timothy 1:13 Hold fast the form of sound words, which thou hast heard of me, in faith and love which is in Christ Jesus.

2 Corinthians Chapter 4
3But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:
4In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
2 Timothy 2:10
Therefore I endure all things for the elect's sakes, that they may also obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory.
I think what brother David Wilkerson was getting at about Christ's children being blinded by darkness is he is getting at what is written here in 2 Corinthians 4:3-4 and what brother Paul spake of here in 2 Timothy 2:10 about him enduring all things for the elect's sake's that they may also obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus if anything the elect he is talking about probably has to be referring to the people who are lost out there knowing the truth that Christ Himself bled died and shed His own innocent blood to save them from their sins.
I say this with all humility and love. We don't always hit the mark of the high calling of God me first and everyone else. I love Pastor Wilkerson. Unfortunately, he has misinterpreted and misapplied this scripture in the book of John. Understand context is everything when we are teaching and preaching the word of God. I would encourage all of you to go back to John chapter 12 reading the whole chapter. But to properly teach and preach this text you would have to begin at John 12: 27-38. Jesus is in the temple giving an invitation on last time to the non believing Jews. The main subject of the text is The Son of Man must be lifted up in John 12:27-36 and Jesus is condemning the The Unbelief of the people in John 12:37-38. Pastor Wilkerson should have come from Ephesians 5:1-14 focusing on Eph 5:8-10 since he was preaching on darkness and light. Understand believers are not nor can we be overtaken by darkness. Although we sin because we are still in this body of sin. We spend our lives living in restoration and repentance. This is known as the doctrine of sanctification. The sinner doesn't want to be sanctify meaning: Set apart for God's use and good pleasure. They are not even empowered to do so unless God wills them to be born again. So, Jesus was always confronting sinners in the Book of John to repent and believe.
Here is a basic outline:
1. Eph 5:5
1. For we may be sure:
A.God does not tolerate sin.
B. Anyone who has a habitual life or pattern of sin
C. These are those who practice sexually immorality, impure, covetous, and idolator.
D. These people will not inherit the kingdom of God.
2. Eph 5:6
1. Let no one deceive you
A. Paul is saying no Christian will be sinless in this life.
B. But it's dangerous and deceptive for believers to offer the Assurance of Salvation to a " professing believer"
C. Whose life is characterized and who are practitioners of sin. And shows no shame or Godly sorrow for the sins they commit.
D. People who say they are "believers" but do not thirst or hunger after righteousness. Who have no hunger for the Holy and pure things of God.
F. Matthew 7:21-23 is a great supporting text.
G. They are false converts and will experience the eternal wrath of God. Because they are not born again and have form of godliness but deny the power thereof. 2 Timothy 3:1-5 is a great supporting text.
3. Eph 5:7
1. Have nothing to with them
A. As believers we should not be in partnerships with non-believers.
B. Meaning; compromising by acting as children of darkness. To be accepted by them and this world system.
C. We should not be in deep and intimate relationships with non-believer's were their influence on us causes us to sin.
D. 2nd Corinthians 6:14 is a great supporting text: Do be yoked together with unbelievers.
F. Our only dealings with sinners should be to preach, teach and living the gospel around them.
F. Loving them by telling them to repent and believe as we live beyond reproach in our dealings with them.
4. Eph 5:8
1. Darkness and Light
A. We were dead in trespassing and sin. In the darkness of our spiritual death.
B. Eph 2:1-2 is a great supporting text.
C. We where children of darkness walking in darkness because we were blinded by the following:
1. We were blinded by are own sin.
2. We were blinded by this world system.
3. And we were blinded by Satan himself.
D. But God shined his glorious light upon us by and through his Son Jesus Christ
E. 2 Corinthians 4:6 great supporting text: Let the light shine out in darkness
F. And because of Christ who has saved us from the darkness we are born again unto him in his light.
G. Christ has now made us Children of Light so let us continue walking in the light bring glory to our King Jesus.
Eph 5:9
1. The Fruits of Light
A. This speaks of those who walk in the light the opposite of those who engage in darkness.
B. These are those who have the resurrected life, the exchanged life, and display the fruits of the light.
C. Which are the fruits of the Spirit. Galatians 5:22-25 great supporting text.
D. Those who are born again unto to Christ empowered by the Holy Spirit to walk as children in the light.
E. John 1:5-7 as a supporting text God is Light
Eph 5:10
1. Try to discern what is pleasing to the Lord
A. Honor God by walking in the light of the truth which is Christ
B. We honor God by seeking, excepting, and abiding in the truth of his word.
C. Applying his written word to our lives by the power of the Holy Spirit.
D. Being the living sacrifice Jesus commands us to be in Romans 12:1-12 a great supporting text:
Which is pleasing to the Lord.
Conclusion:
1. We were once in darkness but have been brought into the light of our resurrected lives in Christ
2. So walk as children in the light.
3. Seeking, and discerning what pleases God.
4. Baring the fruits of the Spirit of God's resurrected life in Christ, in us, and through us.
5. Preaching the terror of God so men might be save bring many sons to glory.
Always keep in mind when we teach and preach the word of God. We must hold scripture in high view and right dividing the word of truth. Scripture should always interpret scripture. And we should never rely on any existential feelings outside of scripture.
I hope this outline will bring you closer to Christ and illuminate your understanding of the character of God. God bless those that see, hear, and receive his gospel.
Sir, I appreciate your words and the time you took to outline. One question for you concerning your last paragraph: “I hope this outline will bring you closer….” Who/what brings us closer to the Lord? Is it your words and outline, or is it the Spirit that does the work and moves us and conforms us? I assume you aren’t inferring that your outline, in essence, you, brings me closer to the Lord and illuminates my understanding.
My faith trust and confidence is in the Lord and Him alone to do the work and change and conform and enlighten me via the Spirit.

@@henrywade7757 The Scripture is what brings us closer to God. The sermon outline I gave rest upon God's word. Ever time we preach and teach God's word. We should preach and teach the word in expository manner. You can't go wrong when you read, preach, and teach out of the word of God. Line upon line precept upon precept. This is why we are to use scripture to interpret scripture. To preach and teach the Gospel according to Jesus Christ. Because its not our Gospel it's his. The Bible contains the revealed word God, of who he is, and his holy standards. Its only through the preaching and teaching of the word that we are saved. Coming to know him more intimately, and growing in our daily sanctification in Christ. Until till the day comes when we see him face to face.
@@DrCharlesPAdams Does not the Spirit do the work? Am I able to understand the scriptures without the Spirit quickening me? Words are just words, until the Spirit comes into play. You can preach and teach all day, but unless the Spirit is involved, doing the work of regeneration and sanctification, you are just talking, no?
@@henrywade7757 Words are words for anything else except the Scripture. All scripture is God breathed and when we read it. We hear God speaking directly to us by the power of his Spirit. Hebrews 1:1-3 Long ago, at many times in many ways, God spoke to our Fathers by the Prophets but in these last days he has spoken to us by his son, whom he appointed heir of all things, through whom also he created the world. He is the radiance of the glory of God and the exact imprint of his nature, and he upholds the universe by the word of his power. So, the Bible is not just words its everthing. John 1:1-5 In the beginning was the Word and the Word with God, the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. That light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it. The word of God is all powerful. When Jesus stood at Lazarus grave. Jesus spoke the word, calling Lazarus by name raising him from death to life. Jesus in this very moment standing at the graveside of those he has chosen in eternity past. Speaking the word raising many sons to glory to a resurrected life in him. The Scriptures are more than just words. Because in Scriptures we can know the Father who is Spirit. No flesh can perceive the spirit of God. No man has ever seen the Father on this side of glory. John 4:45-46 It is written by the Prophets, 'And they all will be taught by God.' Everyone who has heard and learned from the Father comes to me- not that anyone has seen the Father except he who is from God; he has seen the Father. Like I said before we should not look for existential experiences outside of scripture. We should always seek God in his word and in prayer according to the scripture. Because God has provided all we need in the word. If you want to experience the Spirit of God and hear his voice. Track God down in his word. If you want to hear God's voice audibly read the Scriptures out loud. Experience the true power of the exchanged life that Christ offers us in and through his word.

It's true . Jesus became a curse . These days if u believe in Christ and follow him u will be pushed away by everyone. Even family will treat u like a disease
