A little 16 bar studio jam in Cubase 13. Mainly using the Alan Szabo JP6K for plucks and pads. I instantly fell in love with this synth and it’s become a staple in all my productions recently. Stay tuned for more pure trance 🧬☯️ 🌅🩵

Glad you had a good ski season! Ah that is so sad about Rago! :( he has been such a great companion and you’ve given him the best life and memories. Happens to all of us eventually hey. The pleasure is in meeting them, not that we get to keep them 🩷 hope you are keeping well
If you get the mix sounding good before hand it’s quite easy. It’s just mostly muting/unmuting grouped channels to create the build, I have a low pass filter (fab q3) on drums and other elements for a more live feeling than if they faded in by volume. The rest is just using the cutoff/envelopes in VSTs to create interest. It’s a good way to see if a 16 bar loop is worth investing time in before making an arrangement and creating a tune out of it. With all that being said I’ve been using Cubase since Cubase 5 in school so I do know it inside out! I have really grown up alongside the software. Thanks for the comment 🩷
