Dear brother: Praise Jesus for your faithfulness !!

The last days started the day Jesus ascended up to heaven. The Bible tells us there will be a falling away from the faith, not a revival. However, it does say in Daniel that the wise will do exploits at the time of the end.

Lmao people been saying that for the last 100 years, meaning even when my great grandparents were alive. Stop worrying and thinking about all these people you love and people in general that will be burning in hell and have to go through the horrible end times, just enjoy life

Peter is talking to those around him that hear them speaking their language at Pentecost. Peter is telling them the prophesy that is being fulfilled in that moment not prophesying something new.
That verse is taken out of context in this video.
I’m thinking Jesus said there would be a falling away more than a revival in scripture and it was a sign to look for before He comes back.
We should still be excited! He is coming back!

Thanks bro. JOEL'S PROPHECY WERE FULFILLED IN ACTS 2 AND THAT WAS THE BEGINNING OF THE LAST DAYS.
DO CHRISTIANS EXPECT ANOTHER FULFILMENT OF JOEL?

I understand the perspective of many of these comments, but are we to say that God no longer offers revivals after the days of Peter? Does His Holy Spirit cease to be active after Pentecost? Many of us have fallen away, fallen hard...but I hear more and more people who knew the truth, who know the truth, who had fallen away, are now speaking of a compelling feeling to return. The days are short and all know this...Christians and atheists. I understand the context in which it was said, but does the message then die? Can it be spoken of again? Haven't we seen this in scripture...and in our lives? I for one believe that it's not too late. The calling is loud. Louder now than in decades...and I think more and more are hearing it. There's a stirring. I do hope that you will just consider what I've suggested here...and hopefully not just attack. Each needs to decide what we need to do today...for the days are short. Arguing is Satan's desire. It creates distraction. Take your position on this as you might, but press forward for the Kingdom.

It's not about arguing it's about expecting what scripture says is coming. It clearly speaks of a great falling away.
I know people want to plug themselves into Joel's prophecy cuz it makes them "feel good" but they simply aren't being honest. If Joel's prophecy applied to today then the Bible contradicts itself...( which is impossible)

might want to read all of Acts Chapter 2 and see what context it's in. I don't think it means what you think it means.

Agreed. I appreciate the spirit behind this video and this young man’s enthusiasm however the referenced two verses are being misunderstood and misinterpreted. Quite the contrary. There will be apostasy, a great falling away in the last days. To teach otherwise is to mislead people into thinking they have time when indeed time may have run out. This is dangerous.
      2 Thessalonians 2:3
Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition.

Christians always competing with who understand it how, everyone knowing better than the other, that's why there is a lot of confusion because everyone is giving their own understanding as final.i hardly come across Christians comments agreeing or complementing each other.😭

@@fonelo2215 There's a lot of confusion because people don't do what the Bible says to do. "Study to show yourself approved." I wasn't mean, snarky or nasty. It's actually a good thing to discuss verses when you don't see eye to eye. "Iron sharpens iron." "Come, let us reason together." Test everything anyone says to see that it matches with what you've read and understood. If you don't agree, someone is wrong. I really would like to know if I'm that one. I'm still trying to understand, I'm still seeking. Sorry you don't approve.

You have to take the whole in context. There are many scriptures saying quite the opposite - men will grow more wicked, violence will increase and perversion will increase.
“But understand this, that in the last days there will come times of difficulty. For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, heartless, unappeasable, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not loving good, treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having the appearance of godliness, but denying its power. Avoid such people. For among them are those who creep into households and capture weak women, burdened with sins and led astray by various passions, always learning and never able to arrive at a knowledge of the truth.”
      ‭‭2 Timothy‬ ‭3:1-7‬ ‭

Peter is clearly saying what was going on at that time "this" is that spoken of by the prophet Joel. This does not indicate an end time awakening. He is saying what is happening at that time was prophesied by Joel, 2:16 clearly indicates that.

There’s a last days revival through the tribulation, not before the rapture

    • @BrandonG444
      @BrandonG444 10 месяцев назад

So is God really a good God then? That’s not trying to disrespect him but it’s a genuine question, why wouldn’t he want a revival before the rapture so people wouldn’t want to go through horrible things during tribulation, it’s easy for Goe to let them go through it because he’s not the actual one going through it lmao

To which Church in ALL HISTORY where these WORDS spoken to..???
    ..
Joel 1:5-9 Awake, ye drunkards, and weep; and howl, all ye drinkers of wine, because of the new wine; for it is cut off from your mouth. For a nation is come up upon my land, strong, and without number, whose teeth are the teeth of a lion, and he hath the cheek teeth of a great lion. He hath laid my vine waste, and barked my fig tree: he hath made it clean bare, and cast it away; the branches thereof are made white. Lament like a virgin girded with sackcloth for the husband of her youth. The meat offering and the drink offering is cut off from the house of the LORD; the priests, the LORD'S ministers, mourn.
    ....
    ....
Remember, the prophet STARTED by writing in the beginning...
    ....
Joel 1:2-4 Hear this, ye old men, and GIVE EAR, all ye inhabitants of the land. *Hath this been in your days, or even in the days of your fathers?*
    ..
*TELL YE YOUR CHILDREN OF IT, AND LET YOUR CHILDREN TELL THEIR CHILDREN, AND THEIR CHILDREN ANOTHER GENERATION.*
    ..
That which the palmerworm hath left hath the locust eaten; and that which the locust hath left hath the cankerworm eaten; and that which the cankerworm hath left hath the caterpiller eaten.
