great kit ladd, I would add some tweasers. Surely you can add 1001 other tiems on as well but tweasers, I'd say, are really very handy. Well done and look forward to more from you!
Nice Kit, very similar to my belt kit. I will however borrow your Smidgen sheath kit, nice! And I think I'll put in some ready made snares instead of just the wire I have now. Thanks for sharing Brother, Clear skies,
I understand what your showing ,whether it makes sense is the question.A PSK should be minimum of the 10 C'S. Not if it will fit in a altoids tin.It doesn't make sense to limit yourself with a miniature kit.Going ultra lite still needs to due the job . I have walmart kits for back country fishing not expensive but realistic.I really dig your channel just not the have to fit in my pocket kit mentality. If I couldn't bet my life on it, I wouldn't carry it.Your videos still rock!
Ok mate I know what you mean. Thanks for your comments. I wish to find out what the bare minimum is, as a personal pocket kit. Would I like to go out for a week with this. No way!! So I get what your saying. Cheers
just excellent ian! seems to me a mcgyver-black-ops recon kit.... greetings from germany just get out in the rain and proceed further on these kind of outstanding vids ian! greetings GERD
right think I've got it now. Sorry it has taken a few days to get back to you. I have been away doing some stuff over the past few months so have not had a chance to get to any vids. The school and other projects keeps me busy. Hope you are well and thanks for sticking around.

Can't believe you chose that pouch over a maxpedition janus. Also not sure the sense of a psk. At home or work no need. If out in the woods wouldn't you have proper rig? Micro kits limit your chance , just keep a full sized kit in your trunk.
Hi there and thanks for your comments. I think you are right in some ways but many a small walk here in Scotland has turned in to a nightmare because of the lack of prep. Small kits can make a difference in some cases. The Maxpedition pouch is a fine bit of kit but twice the size and twice the price! Have a wee look at my Vid night in woods and you will see I always have a bag for the back of the car. The point of this Video is to show that a few bits and bobs really matter like the Head torch and fire steel. Most people have car kits, but when they need them most. Guess where they are!!
