I have the stockard rotary and have tied sooooooo many flies on that thing based on seeing you buy material from stockard over the years. That said, I’m ready for Santa to bring me a new vise if I could be so lucky.

I bought the Nirvana V1 after seeing your review. It is a great little vise that I have really enjoyed. This one looks even better!
Morning - Thanks for the review and great videos. If Santa were to bring me this vise, I would use it to travel over to my parents house and tie some flies for my dad. He got out of trout fishing several years ago. However since I have picked up the sport he is getting reenergized to go find some streams with me.

Great video review! I’ve been flyfishing all my life, but just decided to tie my own flies. In fact, I took my very first fly tying course this morning with Rocky River Trout Unlimited in Charlotte, NC. The clamp starter vise that I have is pretty limited. If Santa is so inclined, I can certainly see how this great rotary vise would rapidly accelerate this new skill set that I’m trying to develop.
