hii i love your cuts and your gems!!! i follow you on instagram from almost 1 year and if I decided to approach the world of precious stones it is also thanks to your videos. every time someone tells me it's impossible to find rubies, sapphires or anything else, I show them your videos. I didn't think I'd find you here on RUclips too and I'm very pleased. when I finally buy my cutting/polishing machine I will show you my first creations!!! thank you very much
Hi!!! That is the best comment to see. I am so happy that I gave a little bit of inspiration to dive into the amazing world of gems, and I absolutely cannot wait to see what you find/make!! 🫶🏻
That’s awesome!! I don’t usually custom cut gems for people, but if you’d be interested in trading some rough material I’d be happy to send back a cut piece or two :)
I learned how to facet at William Holland in Georgia! Some local universities offer programs, but I’d recommend looking for a smaller school of lapidary arts near you :)
That is really and truly wonderful!--so much more interesting than an ordinary gemstone. Congratulations. This is my first time at your site and I'll be back!
I was gonna ask you if you learned at William Holland then i saw on your channel! Im looking forward to when we can get our own faceter, just making cabs right now. But i took a class there last summer!

I've got a decent amount of raw corundum from propst, makes me wonder what some of it would look like facetted

I'm excited
Where did you learn how to do this? I've looked and can't find any info

Thank you so much!! I appreciate that a ton 💗
@@tayraegems My pleasure!
That is a very nice use of the lap, I’ve heard ruby is very “hard” to cut & facet, great work 👍
Thank you! I appreciate that a ton :)
That is a very noce stone:)
I Aldo lives thé Sapphire you are cutting.
Are those types of Raw stones available?
Très beau travail de coupe qui le met bien en valeur. Rien de mieux que des rubis naturelle
When it is not transparent the whole point of faceting is gone.
But of course you can still do it even if the whole point of it is gone..

That is so awesome!!! William Holland is the best. Taking the leap from cabbing to faceting is incredible too ☺️
Excelente trabalho! ❤
O,o goals
Very nice work
continua così!!!! 🍉
Beautiful
Thank you! :)
I would call that a sapphire, its more pink than anything else, making it a pink sapphire
Blacklight will tell if it's a sapphire or a ruby. But I'm pretty sure it a ruby .the pink you see is the inclusions and the polishing marks
You’re probably right according to the technical definition! It’s not true red, but it’s about as close as it gets for NC gems
@@spencertwitty8349I meant to include a clip at the end, but the entire thing does fluoresce bright red :)
Me parece más rosa qué rojo..pero esta muy lindo.
Hi,very good
👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️
عمل جيد
You are so beutiful ❤❤
Wow bb
Why waste your time on a worthless stone?
Mind ur on businesses find urself a hobby
Not everything is about money.
Because it's a lot better than wasting time writing a negative comment to intentionally bring someone down
Money's NOT the most important thing!
