Hey everyone! It seems like my capture card changed settings without me noticing it in the middle of the video, so the 1440p and 4K parts were recorded at 30 FPS t.t
Still, this doesn't affect performance in any way, the video just becomes less smooth at that point.

To expand on online, its the special freemode events like business battles that will tank performance, or someone doing a freemode mission.
Not sure if it was the port itself though! The game itself was at 120hz at 1440p and it was really smooth. I think it was just some auto setting from the capture card, since I had to use another system to record (I usually use this 3060 laptop to record 😊)

Have you tried the Lossless scaling on steam? I know you usually focus on in-game settings but I think adding a external frame generation to see how it feels. If you do use it, I've heard you should cap your frame rate to either 60 or 90 or 120. Having a uncapped frame rate can cause weird artifacts using the program. Lossless scaling is technically ironic because you are "buying more frames" in a sense.

Awesome video as always, in online i see that in the LS car show near where you have died in this video is quite more gpu intensive than normal and even cpu intesive also, i suggest to take a look inside of this.
Hello, this isnt related to the video but i just upgrade my CPU + motherboard and for some reason now whenever i try to turn on my PC the monitor is just pitch black even though my mouse and keyboard does light up and my PC fans and rgb does work, can anyone help me solve this issue?

3840 shaders for a laptop is insane
4090m has 9700
Those extra shaders are to compensate for low power like 140W and 170W on desktop. But still can't match the VRAM wise. 🙂
My 3070 Laptop has a boost clock of over 1800 MHZ while having 5120 Shaders. More powerful than the PS5 and Series X but I WILL be building a 5090 and 9950X3D when it comes out. 😊

My primary gaming laptop being an ASUS ROG Zephyrus G15 from 2023 has the same RTX 3060 GPU but a Ryzen 9 6900HS cpu with DDR5, I do wonder how the offline performance would compare. Online I just cap my FPS to half at 83 FPS of the internal 1440p 165 Hz panel, and it works quite well.

I think people mean inside the casino underground during the heist. I had a GTX 650 Ti 2GB that played the game at 70 FPS average online at high/normal. Around 40 - 50 on Jacks hill. During the casino heist, on the vault level near the elevators it would drop to 16 fps because of the multiple shadow-casting lights overlapping eachother.

When put médium except characters seems fixed over vram 70 i have this issue is normal ? The rest of games Is fine only happen with the last of us

I dont know much about this but how do you like tell if a game is getting cpu bound or gpu bound, he is telling its cpu bound in the early part of the video but the cpu usage if I saw correctly wasn't even high, it stayed around 40-50. GPU bound was clear when gpu usage hit 99. So help me with this.
Cause old games aren’t going to tap into that many cores. The overall percentage is meaningless if you have too many cores
Hey guys, I've been trying to buy insurgency sandstorm since its less than 10 dollars on steam but I live in Syria and here we can't buy games directly from steam so we usually contact local sellers who get someone from outside the country to gift you the game with an increase in price, but they are currently not working during the summer sales (I figured they don't want so many people buying at a discount since that significantly lowers their profit ) and steam won't allow me to buy the game since im in Syria. Is there any way around that?

Hey, please test the 4070 Ti Super at different settings in 4K, for example High, Med, HUB Optimized settings with different DLSS levels, and RT levels please. Thats how am gonna use the card and wonder how much fps im gonna get. I also think it would be a helpful video.

Like 7 years ago I used to install games on an external HDD and it was fine in most games back hen. New games won't run very well.
Now, with a fast external SSD and USB 4 it should be fine, but I haven't tested it.

Yeah the CPU will be a bottleneck in some games, but that's normal. Still a good pairing, go for it :)
i have had an rtx 3060 legion 5 since it was brand new and it still works like new, no need to upgrade

I have a 11260H as a processor and it almost always reaches 100 degrees. How do you manage to maintain that temperature?
The cooling solution here is adequate. I guess your laptop doesn't have very good cooling!
I would try cleaning it, replacing the thermal paste and getting a laptop cooling pad. Even then it's possible that it will still reach 100C, my dell laptop does that because of a tiny heatsink: ruclips.net/video/owinrazNbdo/видео.htmlsi=Zf97_Fg7IsW1ueCR

You should benchmark any new games like The First Descendant or Once Human, they're both free games and they're quite intensive on some older GPUs, I tested Once human on my GTX 1650 and it was almost unplayable on medium graphics, you should definetely make a video on one of those games

You were getting like 65 fps on avg at 4k very high
While here you are getting like 75 fps on avg
Also in grassy areas they were both performed the same

My rtx4060 laptop can do a similar job in gta 5, i have tested it and it works just fine :)
Only difference is the resolution, mine has 1920 x 1200 res which is like 10-20% more pixels than 1080p.
And i also am setting the grass to higher quality and post processing to ultra (motion blur obviously to 0).
Dont remember which setting i used for msaa.
Hopefully I can buy my dream PC with a salary of $150 a month at my place 😁😁
