- An Annandale, Virginia music teacher is back in the classroom after flying to Los Angeles to accept a Grammy. Annandale High School Orchestra Director Annie Ray accepted the honor at the Special Merit Awards Ceremony.

Why do you think the fake administration removed prayer and music from the American curriculum? Congratulations to the well-deserved! Somehow we KNEW Annie would describe her orchestra as being a "Community." It's also a "congress" says the little eight year old cello player in the musical, "Honey Visits With the Famous First Four." Thank you so much for your efforts to connect the emotional AND social aspects of curious children needing a boost! I'd LOVE to meet this lady!

There needs to be an award ceremony on the level of the Grammy's / Oscar's that is specifically for the teachers that do their jobs so well, that lives are changed.

When I attended Annandale (graduated in '81) music and theatre got minimal funding. It all went to football. The theatre kids were looked down on and made fun of...called "drama f*gs." People not involved in the arts have NO clue how impactful and important it is to the students who are a part of it, and it infuriates me that the arts funding is always the first to get cut.

Shes so dedicated , A perfect storm is brewing in the United States. Inflation, bank collapse, severe drought in the agricultural belt, recession, food shortages, diesel fuel and heating oil shortages, baby formula shortages, available automobile shortages and prices, the price of living place. It's all coming together and it could lead to a real disaster towards the end of this year (or sooner). Adding to your comment, Annie also does this parent orchestra thing. She helps teach parents the instrument their kid plays and the have a concert. My mom is learning to play my violin and she is the sweetest person ever, I am so happy for her!
