Thoughts on modern sealed Japanese for the long haul at these prices? I'm just a sealed collector and recently got into sealed Japanese for these recent sets. Been picking up boxes in the low $30s to stash for the long haul just given that seems crazy to me.

Totally agree with what you've laid out with BW/XY. I think mid era is the iffy one as many PSA 10s don't go for much compared to English. Fingers crossed we get some exposure on it soon and there's more interest.

Yen is cheap agreed, it's a good time to pick something up. Some Japanese sellers on ebay specifically are dropshippers which is the reason why their prices are higher or stable than actual prices in Japan or even US sellers, but yeah they don't do race to the bottom up until recently on modern anyways. If you had to buy anything beyond 2019, basically 2020 and up, what single PSA 10 slab would you purchase, do you see any card considered a blue-chip 2020 and newer?

hard to narrow it down to one specific card personally I have been buying primes bw/xy SR full arts mid era exs etc
as far as 2020+ I'm very bullish on jp exclusive promos primarily pikachus

yeah anything pre 2020 seems good, but beyond that feels like there's so much out there, also would like to see a video on your Chinese market prospects, with the demographics/housing problem China's future seems bleak economically.
