I’m sorry to hear about your health complications and anxiety. When I’m feeling anxious, I try to do something that brings me joy. One of these things I like to do is watch your lovely descriptive videos. The information you provide and your pleasant personality is quite calming to watch. Please know that you are a positive light to others, even though we are miles away. I do hope you feel better soon and receive the medical care that helps you the best in healing. 🙏🏻
I have started verapamil to for a heart problem and it seems to calm me down a lot more I to suffer terrible anxiety and panic attacks but since taking this medication I’m so much more calmer seeing you upset really hurts because I know how crippling anxiety can be sending love
Thank you so much ! I’m doing better than I was when I made the video . I still have some bad days , but not as bad as before . It’s definitely a humbling thing to go through and I’m ready to feel like me again :) I’m glad you are feeling better too
I’m sorry you’re not feeling well. I had fast heart rate, heart palpitations too. For me, I decided to stop worrying about things I can’t control. I think for me it’s due to diet and menopause. If I drink caffeine my heart can race to 160 bpm. Then I learned to hold my breath to slow it down. I think walking around 5 mins per hour helps me. Also, google about breathing exercises to relax. 5-7-8 I think that’s one or box breathing 4 - 4
I had made a long comment, I don’t see it now, but I wanted to add to it that I wish there was a quick cure for anxiety and depression or a cure at all, but I just want to say, take it one day at a time, don’t rush yourself. With me it took a little while for me to feel better, but each day that passed was easier, the medication takes time to go into full effect, but when it does you will feel better, if you don’t feel better, let your doctor know, sometimes you have to try a few things to find what works best. Please take care. I hope you can see my other comment.
I don’t see the other comment , but thank you for taking the time to leave this one :) It’s been hard for me lately and I hope things are better soon . I’m trying to be patient , it’s just hard :(
@@handbaggirl7778 It is very hard, I know. I hope that didn’t come off as me saying you should be more patient , I’m sorry if that’s what it seemed like. I just wanted you to know you will feel better, but it will take time, please hang in there. I will retype what o wrote later. It was weird I went to edit my comment and it said Google couldn’t perform that function and then poof my comment was gone.
@@handbaggirl7778 Thank you, I’m glad to hear that. No problem! I will retype my other comment, I’m a passenger in a car and sometimes I get nauseated if I’m looking at my phone too long while moving, I don’t know why, weird I know, lol, so I will retype it when I get home later.
I retyped it, but RUclips keeps deleting my comment, I’m not sure why. I struggle with depression and anxiety too, more anxiety these days, but from time to time depression will rear it’s ugly head. I take Celexa. I better keep this short, maybe my missing comments were too long and that’s why they were deleted. You are in my prayers and my heart goes out to you. I hope before you know it, with treatment and your faith, that you will be back to being yourself and doing the things you enjoy. Take care ❤️
Hi, I just wanted to say that I will pray for you. Now, I don't have anxiety but I do have skipping heart beats and rapid heart beats as well due to sinus tachycardia. It can make me feel lousy sometimes. Have they checked for sinus tachycardia? Anyway, prayers and hugs to you. 🙏
I started getting pvcs in december smh its been brutal eversince i get anywhere from 800-2500 daily all felt .. tried beta blockers they didnt help now doctor perscribed me calcium channel blockers . Havent taken them yet grrrrr
I have been on the verapamil since February and it’s finally helping . The dr adjusted my dose several times and now I’m on 120 mg 2x a day . It’s a calcium channel blocker . The beta blocker didn’t work for me either . I’ll have a few PVCs , so it’s way better . Good luck with your meds I hope they work because the PVCs make you feel terrible 😞
Aww. I can tell as your speaking about it your getting triggered. Maybe somatic therapy can help . I have chronic anxiety and panic disorder I completely understand . I can't even do therapy I'm too anxious. I just found a doctor that focus on my adrenals. Sound like your disassociating like me. I hope your better I really do. It's so hard to deal with. The palpations are so scary. I have to do ashok gupta program, meditation and focus on trauma. I hope my experience helped you in some way. You are not alone.
