My Bone Broth arrived yesterday, I've been reading up and getting ready to start .... basically it's a healthy clean food eating, intermittent fasting daily, and then 2 days a week where I would only drink the bone broth during the day and have a clean healthy dinner. That sounds so easy. I was going to hold off till Monday but I think I might start tomorrow as I'm excited for this plan.

This “equation” makes sense! I am able to endure the fasting with my DKA bone broth. The DKA bone broth helps me feel full which makes fasting easy. After a couple of weeks of random fasts (only 2x per week), my energy is up! I’m on a second 21 day BB order of my “liquid gold” and am considering making this a lifestyle change. I’m totally satisfied with this program and will try to add exercise more consistently :)

That’s awesome 💕 ! How did your bone broth diet go? How are you doing if you’ve continued on? Did you track weight loss? If so, how much have you lost?
I love this. Especially women helping women. I started with the 5 day cleanse and reset and the 21 day bone broth diet. I am 1 month in and I have lost 20lbs. I feel so much better. I have a crazy work schedule. 6am to 2:30pm. I basically drink a bone broth at 5:30am then my protein shake at 10:30 for break a bone broth at 3pm when I get home then I cook a simple dinner and a bone broth if I get hungry later than 7pm. I still have a long way to go. 80 more pounds. But I’m excited that this is finally working.

I ordered your bone broth because I want a healthier lifestyle, to lose weight and to improve my overall health. I'm 66yrs old and obese. I weigh 260lbs at 5'2" with high blood pressure. My husband had a stroke in November and that woke me up and I started changing my eating habits then but I need more. So, I'm hoping that your bone broth will be the answer and/or solution for me.

This week, I got back into a rhythm of not eating past 8pm, waking up at 5am, having a coffee with monkfruit/stevia and non sugar collagen creamer, then a bone broth around 9:30am/10am and not eating any solid food until 11:30am. I eat low carb/ high protein which keeps me feeling full and satiated...and a bone broth in the afternoon helps....so I figured it out that at 65 years old I have chosen a good regimen. After 4 days? that little bit of bloat that made my jeans a bit too tight across the middle? gone.

Great message I do that kind of in my own tweaked little way glad to know someone else has it on a high level! Improper food combining is really important too. I've managed to cheat almost every day and still lose 13 lb in 2 months in 2 months with one week completely off for vacation. 55 yrs, 0 exercise. I use kellyanne's bone broth and love it, I make a lot of my own too.

Now I've lost 17 lbs. I guess you could say I'm on the slow journey. It started as a weight loss journey but I noticed quickly what the bone broth has done for my joints they feel stronger and I know that's the bone broth working and I'm grateful for your system and to have found it. I’m a little confused after reading some replies. I understand the fasting concept. But it sounds like some people are adding the broth in the morning to make it through the fast. Is that ok? Or should the broth not happen until 11 o’clock?
I just had a knee replacement, so I’m waiting until I’m healed to start. Very excited.

Hi Rhonda, happy to clarify! If you are asking is it okay to drink the broth during fasting, the answer is yes. Dr. Kellyann's diets use bone broth to support intermittent fasting, this is because of the high protein that is able to keep you fuller for longer. Bone broth will not break a fast unless you are doing a dry or water fast! -Team DKA

Yesssssssssss....crossfit before food. or else the food won't stay down!!! Absolutely. This is the BEST way that my body operates. IF 20/4, Bone Broth with turmeric for the tum tum, joints & electrolytes, and sirloin before bed, fuel for body reconstruction.

Good message. I thought that Intermittent fasting meant fast every other day. I think everyone has to adjust the fasting and diet according to your life routines. I've always been a breakfast fun, I couldn't live without it., but now that I have the bone broth, I take one cup around 9:30 am. do my exercise routines and voilà, its noon already. Its been not to hard to skip breakfast. I have a daughter who says that she needs to eat many times a day to have her metabolism active, and that works sometimes for her when she really discipline herself. What do you think about it? I'm worried about her because she is taking some pill to reduce hanger.
Hi Monica! You are right! Everyone's routine may be different, so adjusting your fasting to your life routine is important. It sounds like you are doing an awesome job, so make sure to keep it up :) In regards to your daughter, you should show her these videos on intermittent fasting / Bone Broth. I have been on intermittent fasting 16/8. for one month. Lost 9 lbs. I would like to incorporate the bone broth into this as a morning meal
cause some days I eat a little more

I lost 6 pounds doing the bonebroth detox diet for 5 days, now I’m starting with the fasting but I would like to know for how long? Is this way of eating should be few days a week or 7 days a week? Or just keep doing it as long as I’m loosing weight?

I definitely don’t understand how do you fast . I have been on bone Broth for three weeks now gone too four, and I don’t see any chance in my self , I do love the taste of the bone broth Dr.Kellyann your skin does look beautiful but you don’t look small .please someone explain to me how do you fast. .And I do plan to order some more of your pone broth...I am 65 I really don’t understand anything about carbs please help.
Hi Edna! Intermittent fasting is an eating pattern where you cycle between periods of eating and fasting. The goal is to fast for 16 hours every day, and restricting your eating to an 8-hour eating window. This is the most popular form of intermittent fasting, known as the 16/8 method! I am taking blood pressure medication I fine when I fast it's going low I am not sure if this is something my doctor should decrease or what to do?
