PREACH! I’m not even petite per se (I am 5.7) but as someone with narrow shoulders I HATE the dropped shoulder trend. Raglan shoulders are great, regular shoulders as well but WHY do we need these dropped shoulders everywhere 😭😭😭 and yes. The elastic waist bands on Uniqlo C skirts are dreadful. Which is quite sad, because otherwise, the Uniqlo C winter satin skirts from last year were BEAUTIFUL. But I have to say, my experience with the Uniqlo C shoes from last year was terrible, so I wouldn’t recommend them unless they have significantly improved their shoe sizing since then.
there is not a single piece i liked in this collection or in the last. and now the bad news that CWK got hired as creative director for uniqlo. very concerning.
I like how you're dissing the cashmere cardigan about it being thin and lack structure, but then the whole time you're wearing a thin, shapeless blouse 🤣

I ordered 2 skirts! On the website the models were wearing size M but they are super slim. So I ordered size L, hopefully it will fit. And I never thought about the pilling ☹️
I was super excited for the Merino Bled Ribbed Skirt and matching sweater when I saw the pictures (because it looks similar to a 100% merino wool set from Lilysilk I had my eyes on for a while .. but I'm on a budget at the moment) .. and to the same extent disappointed when I saw the fabric details 😭😭😭 Acrylic is the worst and those pieces will look and feel horrible after just a few washes. I'm so sad ... But I will definitely get one of the pleated skirts! Maybe the dark grey one but I'm not sure yet. And you made me very curious about the down cropped vest that wasn't on my radar until now.
I've come to always be disappointed by :C. The aura of CWK is the idea of getting clothes by a former luxury designer, but in the light of day her line really isn't giving "a touch of luxury" - its giving fast fashion with the worst insensitivity towards materials of any Uniqlo line. The acrylic skirts already look saggy!
Hi I usually put them in a mesh bag and choose the delicate cycle in cold temperature, and lay them or hang them to dry. But I'm still trying to limit the wash 😊

The washable knit pants I purchased develop pills after several wears so I’m more careful to pick knit bottoms from them😊

Good way of putting it! Using acrylic is absolutely insane... it's the worst. I also don't know how well the super oversized, baggy fits will age.
