    THE SERGEANT should have dismissed the female officer, then went and educated the business owner. Other than "hello, is there anything you need from me"...the Sergeant shouldn't have never approached or said anything else to the auditor.

    That sergeant is the first officer I have seen wearing a Navy SEAL insignia who behaved in a way that would make his shipmates proud.

    I do not think the sergeant was talking about getting on the property for the auditor but for the owner. He seemed like one of the few decent ones.

    Dude is a master. SGT was great and I do believe the officers under his charge are in good hands, they got educated today and probably subscribed to the channel. Which means more education. Keep doing what you're doing guys it's chess not checkers.

    I’m going to go back to the Nike campus HQ. I was taking pictures of their fountains from the public sidewalk and police came. Police said I can’t take pictures of the fountains. So I left. Unless Nike owns the side walk too.

      @@razorjoe4729 No. You do not understand Terry v. Ohio. No crime is needed for a cop to demand ID, just Reasonable Articulable Suspicion. The actions that create RAS do not need to be illegal in and of themselves. RAS takes it out of consensual conversation and into an investigatory detainment. Once a cop has RAS, in many states he can demand ID. Even in states which do not require a suspect ID himself in this situation, it can be a crime to provide FALSE ID.
