Her first husband shot her in the face. She is blessed she is alive. Then she made an excuse, saying it was an accident. That was a strange way for someone to act that has been severely abused. Yes, if she doesn't stop, something bad is gonna happen.

I'm very happy at the number of people calling out the first defendant's dogshit behavior, truly making a damn fool and joke out of legitimate victims and survivors of domestic violence and/or abuse. Not saying her story or experience is bs or anything, but god her affect is just terribly inappropriate for the situation that is the topic of the case. She's the only joke.

Defendant whose ex husband beat her and shot her in the face needs mental help asap. The way she was laughing and looking over at the plaintiff who also physically abused her showed how "disturbed" she is. Why didn't j judy tell her to stop laughing?! The plaintiff is a full on abuser/psychopath but the defendant must've in some way "liked" being hit cause she kept going back for more. Can't call yourself a victim if you keep going back to whomever is abusing you. There is plenty of help out there for legitimate victims.
Most victims go back to their abuser many times before they actually leave

I’ve never been abused so I can’t speak on how people should or shouldn’t behave. But the people blaming her for laughing are irritating. You don’t know why she’s laughing, maybe it’s a coping mechanism. Doesn’t make her less of a victim.

I don’t think her laughing was mature behavior at all. I don’t think it was okay to do. But I think, too, the way she spoke so nonchalantly about such serious physical abuse with multiple partners… that makes me feel like that behavior has been around her for so long it’s just been absolutely normalized to her. She isn’t taking it seriously because she truly does not understand how serious it is, that healthy relationships don’t involve that kind of behavior on either side.

My daughter got those infections from swimming 5 days a week from noon to 4pm. Keeping a wet bathing suit on can & will do it easily.

People can gravitate towards those relationships because of past trauma and so many other reasons. It doesn’t mean they’re the problem
