DIY paper baby breath flower from facial tissue paper, SUPER SIMPLE and REALISTIC

Baby breath is the fringed flower that DreamyPosy will use in most of my paper bouquet tutorials, so I would like to share the super simple way to make a realistic paper baby breath flower.
I also share some suggested combination with paper rose and paper carnation flowers that I have also share the tutorials and templates already.

Tissue paper in UK relates to the thin shiny paper used in wrapping delicate presents. The paper you use here is from boxes of tissue handkerchiefs...that's why some people are confused. Lovely flowers.
