The long time in the making musical collaboration, between Ben Reno and his father Joe Reno, features the Alan Mcpike Orchestra and a heartfelt tribute to our troops in the United States Military. Christmas time in the Reno family was always the smell of fresh-cut pine, family, salami, and the sounds of Sinatra, Dean Martin & Nat King Cole. This album features the "snappy", "Jingle Bells", which reminisces the days of a "brassy" swing orchestra like on Classic Rat Pack Standards. Listener favorites include White Christmas and the festive vocal By Ben Reno on Silver Bells. "Santa Claus Is Coming To Town", is a great example of how this album will make you laugh, where Joe decides to have a conversation with Santa and persuades him that the cookies are gluten-free. The beautiful arrangements and cozy instrumentation on "The Christmas Song" and "Silent Night" are great numbers to light the yule log and lullaby asleep to.
