The house looks like it's a little over an acre lot in Buckhead; I'm not sure what you think you are going to pay for anything when the land itself costs over $1.25 million assuming it wasn't a tear down (which is highly unlikely in Buckhead).
It looks OK until you get to the Master, in a $4M+ home you don't have a separate sitting area, no fire place, you don't have separate Master patio to go outside AND you don't have a wet bar. Also, at $4M I need REAL hardwood floors, not luxury vinyl...
Also hate those beams in the living room. Glad they put nice fireplace so much of these shiplap homes live the white airy feeling but not all that wood l
It's absolutely fantastic house,,,it has a "néo_classic " look ,the stairs are so stylish ,but I don't know what's wrong with you guys in the US,,, There're a tens of chairs for eating and barely 4 or 5 places to sit down and relax....!!!

I woulda guessed that the type of folk who can afford a $4.75 million dollar house, has friends who can afford shoes that probably aren't very compatible with rock walkways. Beautiful house though.
The House of Closets... Take the $4ml price tag off. It ok, but NOT worth the price. All I saw was lots of closets, an unfinished basement those lil black things that holds the door up and a boring pool. Not worth the price.

The layout of this house is odd…very odd. I couldn’t tell which closets went with which rooms. And why is it unfinished? No paint on the walls, no bathroom mirrors. And honestly the staging is terrible. A few pieces of random furniture thrown in a room don’t make it more appealing. Probably should have just left them all empty. Can’t imagine walking in there and wanting to offer 5M.
Very nice house. it's over priced. master bedroom is small, the closets are small and all those doors in the rooms. No fireplace in the master. You will have to purchase a lot of window treatments, their's a lot of windows. I don't like the backslash in the kitchen either.
